Solution of UAV frame jitter
If the plane has been damaged by external forces such as falling, collision, etc., it is recommended that you send the plane back for after-sales inspection and click Apply for self-service;
1. Before starting the machine, please check the following:
① Remove PTZ protective cover, PTZ buckle, damping foam or other items that may hinder PTZ motor, so as not to affect PTZ performance;
② Check whether the damping ball is damaged; If there is any damage, please send the plane back for after-sales inspection, and click to apply for self-service;
③ Check whether the blades are deformed or damaged; If yes, please replace the intact blades before taking off;
2. Please check whether the current plane is in the sports gear (S gear). If the plane is in sport mode (S-gear) and flying all the way, it is easy to shake the pan/tilt. I suggest you hit the stroke lightly to avoid sudden full stroke operation.
If you want to get a more stable picture, please switch the flight mode to normal gear (N gear) or smooth gear (C gear);
Please confirm whether the wind in the flight environment is very strong. If the wind is strong, the aircraft fuselage will shake, causing the picture to shake. It is recommended that you test it again in a windless or breezy environment (you can judge the wind speed by querying the local weather forecast. If the wind is too strong, the App will also display a strong wind reminder).
4. Please reset the experience value of the aircraft in the application and calibrate the pan/tilt (please use flying glasses to calibrate DJI Avata and DJI·FPV).
What is the EXP value?
EXP represents the operating feel of the UAV, and different ratios of the number of physical poles to the number of output poles can be obtained by adjusting the parameters. When the rocker is pushed with the same lever, the greater the set EXP value, the faster the speed of the aircraft;
How to reset EXP value
DJI Fei: "The upper right corner of the flight interface ... > Settings > Control > Control Sense Settings > Reset Current Gear Parameters"
DJI GO 4: "upper right corner of flight interface ... > flight control parameter setting >; Advanced Settings > Restore Control Sensory Parameters "
How to calibrate pan/tilt
DJI fly
Pan/tilt calibration: flight interface "> manipulation > pan/tilt calibration", and automatic calibration can be selected;
Fine adjustment of pan/tilt: flight interface "> manipulation > pan/tilt calibration", and manual calibration can be selected.
DJI go 4
PTZ calibration: flight interface > PTZ setting > PTZ automatic calibration ";
Pan/tilt fine adjustment: flight interface > pan/tilt settings > pan/tilt fine adjustment.
5. Please confirm whether it's a delayed camera shake. If so, it is recommended to provide the original abnormal materials exported from the fuselage and contact DJI technical support for help.
If the problem can't be solved after operating according to the above scheme, please send the plane back for after-sales inspection and click Apply for self-service.
