(1) Obtained the senior engineer grade certificate and worked continuously in this occupation (type of work) for ten years or accumulated fifteen years;

(2) Top ten winners in the national first-class skill competition, six winners in the second-class skill competition, six winners in the provincial skill competition and three winners in the Shenzhen skill competition;
