1. Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply for a junior position:

3, have one of the following conditions, can apply for senior workers:

(1) It has been four years since he obtained the intermediate level certificate of the declared occupation (type of work);

(2) Obtain the intermediate grade certificate of declared occupation (type of work) and graduate through senior worker training;

(3) graduated from institutions of higher learning and obtained the intermediate level certificate of declared occupation (type of work).

4. Those who meet one of the following conditions may apply for a technician:

(1) Obtained the senior engineer grade certificate and worked continuously in this occupation (type of work) for ten years or accumulated fifteen years;

(2) Top ten winners in the national first-class skill competition, six winners in the second-class skill competition, six winners in the provincial skill competition and three winners in the Shenzhen skill competition;
