City story-Guiyang
Countless dream catchers have come to this city. They are fighting here, and I am one of them. I will tell my impression of this city in simple words.
First meeting
It is only four or five hours' drive from Guangzhou to Guiyang. April 20 18, I finished my last graduation exam and set foot on the high-speed train to Guiyang non-stop. I waited at the crowded Guangzhou South Railway Station for half an hour, which decided my future life path.
After studying medicine for five years, I still have to give up. Different from usual, this trip to Guiyang is no longer a transit point to go home, but to work and live in that place. That year, I gave up my lofty ideal of saving lives and wanted to be an excellent writer.
After more than four hours' drive, I came to this place again. The first feeling of getting off the bus is to shrink your neck. Guiyang in April is cooler than Zhuhai in April. I walked out of the station with a huge suitcase and habitually called a taxi in Cantonese.
"Where to?"
The master asked me my destination in standard Guiyang dialect, and then I suddenly came back. When I arrived in Guizhou, I returned with some crude hometown dialect.
"Go to the flower orchard!"
Zunyi is not far from Guiyang, 100 kilometers, but I have never set foot here in the past 18 years. Later, I passed by occasionally just to cross the border.
We slowly fell into the traffic, and the scenery outside the window flew all the way, neon street lamps and wilderness tunnels. We were stuck in traffic for a while, and I arrived at my destination about half an hour later.
Looking at the magnificent white palace in front of me, I can't help hearing the fairy tales of my childhood. It is like a castle. There may be a prince and a princess in it. It has a resounding name-"White House".
I have an appointment with my roommate to meet here. He is my college classmate and also a nursing major. A few days ago, he settled here first, which is also interesting. I advised him to "finish early and find another way out instead of going to the hospital to make the patient absent", but I kept wavering.
We just grab a bite to eat, talk, and then it's gone. From college to work, some things are quietly changing.
confused
Time flies to this city for more than a month, and I gradually get used to the life of nine to five, and go to work on time every day to do some brain-burning work. At first, writing a copy was not as easy as it is now. Every time I write a manuscript, I always have to revise it back and forth for ten or even dozens of times. Unlike writing new media articles online, the articles my media company needs are more biased towards advertising scripts and comments.
I not only need to consider and polish the text, but also need to have a deep understanding of the pre-camera and post-editing technology. At that time, I was so busy that I only slept for five hours a day at most. Get up in the morning and read, and go back to study photography at night. I am like a crazy hungry wolf, eager to absorb all the knowledge related to work.
Every time I drag my tired body after work, it is already eight or nine o'clock in the evening. I only see the sun once a day, it is morning light, and I have been facing the computer ever since. When the neon night scene in the street and the loud singing of wandering singers passed by, I realized that this was the noise of the city. I'm a little confused. In this noisy city, I didn't know how to blend in.
mix together
Known as "the first real estate in Asia", the flower orchard is crowded with all kinds of people. In this city, there are square dance aunts who dance in the morning, street singers who sing at night, and salespeople who wear decent suits and ties but carry big bags.
Some people sell snacks on the roadside, some people chase after them, some people sell miserable begging on the overpass, and some people are numb and play with their mobile phones. When short video platforms such as Tik Tok appeared, the city was labeled as an "Internet celebrity". The effect of using a tenfold filter or teasing passers-by or taking selfies everywhere makes the whole body want to share a piece of traffic.
Looking up at the tall buildings and overlooking the surging crowd, standing on the overpass, a breeze always makes me feel uneasy, and the noise around me is out of place with me.
How to integrate into this city? I tortured myself from the bottom of my heart more than once.
Maybe eating, drinking and having fun is the best way.
Go to the alley in the city to find the time-honored "Wang Chang noodles", go to Qingyan Ancient Town to eat pig's trotters, go to He Shili Beach to sketch, and go to Qianling Mountain to tease monkeys. ...
Everywhere I go, this city will leave a mark on my life, which is hard to touch in the deepest part of my memory. Fortunately, I came to this place, and therefore made a fate with many things.
love
I met her on the Mid-Autumn Festival when everyone raised their glasses and looked at the bright moon. At that time, Guiyang entered a cool autumn, and the dead leaves fell into butterflies. She picked them up and I sent her a photo, enough to know each other and love each other.
Life is noisy with each other, but we plan our future life.
I said, "I support you, write to support you!" " "
She smiled sweetly and declined to comment.
I rummaged through the time drawer and found this photo, which is also the best gift from this city.
dream
Dreams are far away and close at hand. From one city to another, from one occupation to another, what changes is the place, and what remains unchanged is the persistent pursuit of dreams.
/kloc-spent the rainy season in a notebook at the age of 0/7, wrote magical fantasies on a website at the age of 20, and came to Guiyang for a living at the age of 23. I'm thinking that I should pursue words in my life. I never want to be a great person, I just want to do what I like in plain days.
I write, travel, sleep and dance in my spare time, enrich myself when I am busy, or I am willing to go further and further on the road of writing for a living.
city
Rows of tall buildings are pulling neon lights, and the endless traffic reflects the vitality of the city. As a newly upgraded second-tier city, the charm of Guiyang lies in its lukewarm weather and opportunities everywhere.
Because of my work, I attend the Big Data Expo every year. At the end of May every year, I can blend in as a "media person" and experience the latest black technology. "Science and technology create the future, and the city makes life better" and "Counting Valley-Guiyang", Guiyang has been labeled as enviable.
Guiyang used to be just a tourist city, but now Guiyang has many new business cards. This small town in the southwest of western China shines brightly. Many people come to this book to write each other's legends.
story
City stories are scattered in the streets. Everyone who works hard, everyone who works hard, and everyone who pursues dreams has their own stories.
Some people have come, some people have gone, maybe there is no life in full bloom and no summer flowers, but some people still come here one after another.
I just use fragmentary words to tell my feelings about the past. Maybe I don't fully understand this city, but I have fallen in love with this city, and I will create my own story here.
