Introduction to Ice Chase Tour
"Chasing the Ice" is a film directed by Jeff Orlowski and starring James Balog, Svavar Jonatansson and others. The film documents National Geographic photographer James Balog's several-year expedition to the Antarctic glaciers. There was a time when Balog was dubious about global warming, but this expedition changed his view. Through his camera footage, we realized that our planet has changed beyond recognition and is getting weaker. With the help of an expedition team composed of young people, Balog traveled across three continents through helicopters, wooden boats, sleds and other means of transportation, bringing us images and torture that shocked the eyes and people's hearts.
