What do you find easier to do than to do in practice?

Also, I think reading is actually quite rare. It is not easy to keep watching for half an hour every day to expand yourself. It's ok to persist for a day or two, because everyone has a fever for three minutes, but it's hard for you to persist after the heat dissipates.

I used to think it was easy to read such things. It's easy to spare half an hour every day without thinking, but when I do it myself, I find it really difficult to read for half an hour every day. Because sometimes, maybe you are busy and want to sleep when you go home at night. I just forgot my insistence. Everything depends on persistence. Really, it's not easy to persist. These people deserve respect.

We should not look at the superficial value of things. Many things that we may find simple are the most difficult. The difficulty is because you are prepared and know the difficulty, so you will make the best preparation.
