Wander Switzerland and explore the beauty of the Alps in summer

Switzerland has always been known as the "Garden of the World". This time I finally got to go around this "big garden". The snow-capped mountains and lakes in the Alps easily conquered my heart.

For this trip to Switzerland, we asked a guide who has been in Switzerland for many years to customize a route for us. We will not go to Geneva or Zurich, but start my trip to the Alps from the small town of Lucerne.

The first stop is Lucerne. Lucerne, also called Lucerne, is one of the largest summer resorts in Switzerland. As soon as I landed, I was amazed by the flowers in Lucerne. The climate is also comfortable in midsummer, and the rich Renaissance and Baroque architecture on the streets and the leisurely small town life make people forget to leave.

Lucerne is a small city, and the old town where the tourist attractions are concentrated is even smaller. I spent half a day walking around slowly, which can be said to be a scene at a time. The leisurely life in such a small town is really wonderful.

One of the most famous attractions is the Chapel Bridge, which spans the Reuss River. It was built in 1333 and is the oldest covered wooden bridge in Europe. The bridge is decorated with flowers, and the guide said that it is brightly lit at night, which is very eye-catching. Unfortunately, we were unable to see it with our own eyes due to our subsequent itinerary.

When visiting such a small town, you need to slow down and appreciate every corner of the old town. After leisurely viewing the scenery of the ancient city, we found a restaurant by the river and quietly enjoyed the food and beautiful scenery.

The afternoon plan is to go up Mount St. Regis. As the forefront of the Alps, Mount Rigi is known as the Queen of Mountains.

It is recommended to check the weather on the mountain in advance before going up the mountain. If you are unlucky and encounter heavy clouds and fog, you will not be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We were particularly lucky that day, it could be said to be cloudless and refreshing. Standing on the mountain and looking into the distance, the undulating mountains under the blue sky make people feel calm.

Mount Rigi is gentle and suitable for hiking. If you have time, you might as well take a walk on the trail.

We set off to Wengen the next day and passed Lake Brienz and Lake Longjiang on the way. In line with the principle of not missing any beautiful scenery, we naturally enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

The first thing we arrived at was Longjiang Lake.

Walking into Longjiang along the hillside, the mountains and rivers echo under the vast sky, which is exactly the word "lakes and mountains".

The small village surrounded by mountains and rivers has a sense of paradise.

Lake Brienz is known as the purest lake in Switzerland.

Green mountains surround the emerald lake, which reflects the soft white clouds in the sky. The shores of the lake are dotted with colorful quiet towns and cruise ships of all sizes.

The guide told us that the best way to visit Brienz is to take a cruise to see the deeper beauty. However, due to time issues, we only walked a short distance by the lake.

However, in front of such beautiful scenery, no matter how bad the mood is, it seems that it will become more comfortable, and it is not so regretful not to take a cruise.

From Lake Brienz, take the train to Wengen.

Wengen is located halfway up the mountain and is a very quaint and peaceful town.

Motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the entire town. Walking on the mountain, you can hear only the sound of wind blowing through the tree crowns and the rustling of grass. Looking down at the valley quietly, you will feel a sense of openness, and your whole body will feel relaxed. Relaxed.

We all agree that this is a very suitable place for a long-term stay.

After a night of rest in Wengen, we got up early the next day and headed towards the Jungfraujoch! Also check the live camera on the top of the mountain before going up the mountain.

The omnipotent guide is also very knowledgeable about Swiss history and culture, and told us a Swiss legend. Legend has it that an angel came to the mortal world and settled in a beautiful valley. He also covered it with endless flowers and forests, inlaid it with silver glittering beads, and made a wish for it: "From now on, people will Come to you, to praise you, and to fall in love with you.”

This mountain that breaks the heart of an angel is Jungfrau, attracting countless tourists to the top of the mountain every year to have a look.

There are many routes to the Jungfraujoch, you can choose the route according to your own situation.

Since it was our first time to climb a mountain, and for leisure purposes, we chose a relatively easy route. We first took the cable car to Menlixing, hiked to Xiaosha, and then took the train to arrive. Mountain top.

Along the way, you can see the beautiful scenery of the typical Alps, and you can also see people exercising on the trails. That abundant physical strength is really enviable to us, a group of people with low physical fitness.

Speaking of which, our guide is also a lover of hiking and outdoor sports, and he took good care of us along the way.

The small train going to the top of the mountain will pass through a 7-kilometer granite tunnel to reach the top of the mountain at an altitude of 4158m. Remember to bring some cold-resistant clothing such as a down jacket, as it is still quite cold at the top of the mountain.

From the Sphinx Observation Deck on the top of the mountain, you can overlook the Aletsch Glacier, the longest and largest in the Alps.

The weather is sunny. Looking at the sky from the top of the mountain, it seems that you can reach out and touch the big soft clouds. Under the clear sky, it seems that there are only two colors left: the cold rocks and the white snow.

On the way back to the city, get off at Xiaosha and hike along the railway to Bakpu Lake. The reflection of the snow-capped mountains on the lake is also a beautiful sight worth visiting.

The last day of the trip is to go to Grindelwald to find the fairy tale dreamy hillsides.

Grindelwald, also known as Eiger Village, is the famous ski area of ??Jungfraujoch. Although there is no snow in summer, there are gentle green hillsides everywhere.

Dream Hillside is a large green hillside in the town, dotted with many large trees and small wooden buildings, with towering snow peaks in the distance.

Sometimes there are clouds and mist on the hillside, sometimes the sun shines brightly, and the reality changes. The unique dreamy scenery is really unforgettable.
