Huoshizhai National Geopark is a national AAAA tourist attraction, national forest park and national nature reserve, and is known as "the most magnificent Danxia landform in China" and "the Colorado Grand Canyon in China". It has been awarded the honors of land and resources science popularization base, national science popularization education base, northwest customs traveling base, autonomous region science popularization education base, northwest outdoor rock climbing base and literary creation base by relevant ministries and commissions.

Introduction to the scenic spots of Huoshizhai National Geopark

(1) Dingfu Palace

Ding Gong is the first Taoist grotto on the tourist route of Huoshizhai, where Wu Caishen Zhao Gongming and his four disciples Cai Zhao, Zhaobao, Nazhen and Sok Li are dedicated.

(2) Yuntai folding green

The red and green landscapes here are layered and hidden in the Yuntai plank road, one of the eight scenic spots in Guyuan in Ming and Qing Dynasties. It gives people the impression of "Guilin landscape", which is quite elegant.

(3) Yuntai Mountain

Yuntai Mountain is the first of the eight scenic spots in Huoshizhai. According to the records of Xiji County, this place is called Yuntai Mountain. "Whenever the rainy mountain is coming, it must be cloudy first, that is, sunny and foggy."

(4) Eagle Snake Peak

It is located about 200 meters in front of the south entrance of Huoshizhai Scenic Area. Looking up, you can see two peaks about 30 meters, like an eagle waiting to be attacked in the air, and like a cobra with a letter in its mouth, far away.

(5) Rock climbing base

"The rock climbing field at the top of Firestone Village adopts the construction method of natural rock wall and artificial protection station to ensure the personal safety of climbers. It involves three main lines. At present, the rock field has passed the acceptance of the State Sports Bureau and officially opened to the outside world.

(6) Lover Valley

Show loyalty to love through the tenacity and frankness of birch. Birch leaves have become the best proof for couples to express their feelings of life and death.

(7) Daobeiling

As the name implies, it is like a big knife, which divides the Huoshizhai scenic spot in two. There is a lover's valley in the west, with beautiful scenery, birds and flowers, and zhaigou in the east, with trees covering the sky and waves like the sea.

(8) Wang Xia Pavilion

This pavilion means watching clouds. Standing in the Wang Xia Pavilion, the sky in Huocun is as blue as washing. In the morning, the golden glow is like a magic giant hand, slowly pulling open the soft curtains, and the whole earth suddenly becomes clear.

(9) Observation Deck (Shi Si Mountain, Riding Beam)

Shi Si Mountain is opposite the observation deck, and three peaks are juxtaposed. There is a chessboard beam under the observation deck, named after the shape of the rock on the top of the mountain resembles a chessboard.

According to the Buddhist scriptures, the Buddha can be transformed into a three-body person, which means "Dharma Buddha (Pilu Channa Buddha)". Body Buddha (Lushena Buddha) and body Buddha (also known as incarnation Buddha, namely Sakyamuni Buddha), and this temple is dedicated to the Buddha's dharma body-Pilushana Buddha.

Bodhisattva is to feel and speak to all beings. There are four great bodhisattvas in China, namely Guanyin, Dizang, Manjusri and Pu Xian. There are Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjusri Bodhisattva and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva.

(12) Giant Buddha Building

Located in the upper part of Yuntai Mountain, the Giant Buddha Hall is the largest grotto in Yuntai Mountain. Siddhartha Gautama in the grottoes is the only stone carving left. After several years of restoration by folk artists, it remains the same.

A stone stands between the peaks at the top of the mountain, just like a stone falling from the sky. It's called slungshot.

(14) Xiangbishan

Xiangshan is near the south gate of the outer ring road of Huoshizhai Scenic Area. At first glance, there is nothing unusual except a trunk protruding from the top of the mountain. Looking along the trunk, eyes, ears and elephant head can be clearly distinguished.

(15) double breast peaks

Shuangrufeng is located in Huoshizhai. Shuangrufeng is located in the north gate of Huoshizhai Scenic Area. Breast is named because it is similar to the bare breast of Mother Earth. Its height is equal, close to 1.

The pillars of Optimus Prime are naturally formed cylindrical rocks. It is said that after Pangu opened the sky, Pangu chopped his axe into four pieces and propped up the sky. One of them was trapped in Firestone Village and became Optimus Prime today.

(18) Huoshizhai geological museum

The museum has a total area of more than 840 square meters and is divided into two floors. It mainly consists of three parts: popularizing earth science, Danxia geology and geomorphology, and Huoshi village resources.

(19) Lilac Valley

From May to June every year, lilacs bloom in the scenic spot, and the blooming flowers jump among the flowers like elves.
