What does nesting mean?
Geometric alignment of two or more images in the same area so that the details or metadata of each image can be superimposed.
The spliced image or image data can be a multispectral camera or scanner, and photos or data of each spectral segment taken at the same time or at different times. It can also be used for data collected by different sensors, and even general maps can be used as nested objects.
