In 2019, he was hired as a pipeline equipment expert of Shijian Company. After taking charge of the construction of the ethylene plant, his on-site office not only posted the necessary plant floor plan and overall planning diagram for the construction, but also added an ethylene plant process flow chart. Technology is a matter of production, but Zhang Hui said that if you understand the production technology, you will do better in construction.

The small courtyard of the project department is about the size of a football field. There are 4 rows of bungalows that are staff dormitories, and one row of bungalows is the staff canteen. There are public water pipes, clotheslines, and fire extinguishers in front of each row of houses. etc. There are many fruit trees and flowers in front of and behind the house.

This small courtyard was built by the Shijian people who participated in the construction of the Beihai Refining and Chemical off-site reconstruction project 9 years ago. They worked and lived here for two and a half years; later, Shijian Company successively took over the Beihai Refining Technical Transformation Project and Guangxi Liquefied Gas Natural Gas Project, two groups of people have come and gone; currently, the people guarding this small courtyard are Qu Zhulin, Niu Yueyun, etc. who have just completed the maintenance tasks of the Beihai Refining Catalytic Cracking Unit. people.

This maintenance is a key project of the 100-day campaign to create efficiency. They overcame the impact of the epidemic and completed the maintenance task neatly in 51 days. After the large force withdrew, six people were left to handle work such as handing over documents and settling accounts. Qu Zhulin learned that the owner was interested in upgrading and renovating, and began to think about bidding for follow-up projects. He said that if he could contract new work and renovate this small courtyard, he would definitely defend this base area.

Looking now, this small courtyard is a bit old and outdated, but it contains all the wisdom and enthusiasm invested by the pioneers.

If someone goes on a business trip to the Beihai Project Department, Zhang Yuanyuan, who works at the headquarters of Shijian Company, will specifically tell them to take a look at the papaya tree she planted that year. Nine years ago, she lived and worked here with her children and mother-in-law. At that time, she was the deputy manager of the project department and her child was just two years old.
