During the breastfeeding week, the health and family planning bureaus of all districts and counties, the offices of women and children's working committees, trade unions, women's federations and other departments should jointly carry out various publicity activities to create a social atmosphere of loving babies and mothers.

(2) The health and family planning administrative departments of all districts and counties should strengthen the daily supervision of baby-friendly hospitals, continuously improve the breastfeeding rate and reduce the cesarean section rate, and regard the management of baby-friendly hospitals as an important part of medical quality management. All baby-friendly hospitals should strictly implement the Standard for Baby-friendly Hospitals (20xx Edition), fully publicize the measures of baby-friendly hospitals to benefit the people and the people, disseminate breast-feeding knowledge and skills to pregnant women through pregnant women's schools, breast-feeding consultation clinics and hotlines, timely solve the problems encountered by pregnant women in breast-feeding, and carry out corresponding publicity activities during breast-feeding week.

(3) Women workers' organizations of trade unions in all districts and counties should take the initiative to organize and carry out the publicity activities of breast-feeding into the unit, and urge employers to implement the special provisions on labor protection for women workers, ensure that maternity leave for women workers is 98 days, arrange breast-feeding time for breast-feeding women workers 1 hour every working day, set up breast-feeding rooms, give full play to the role of "Mommy Baby House", and provide private, hygienic and comfortable places for pregnant women and breast-feeding women.

(4) Women's federations in all districts and counties should seriously organize and carry out the publicity activities of breastfeeding into thousands of households, focus on the families of newly married couples, pregnant women and lactating women, hold various public welfare lectures and parent-child activities, teach family members and maternal and infant caregivers the knowledge and skills of breastfeeding and scientific parenting, further strengthen family support and participation in breastfeeding, and guide parents to create an excellent family rearing environment.

Second, the relevant requirements

(2) Please ask the trade unions in all districts and counties to do a good job in online registration of nursing rooms, and notify all relevant units to log on to the UNICEF website (xx) step by step to fill in the basic information.
