After the pictures are uploaded to the local computer, you can usually use picture editing software to optimize the effect. For example, you can use Photoshop or other image editing software to process pictures.

1, check the picture library capacity.

In order to ensure that our members can enjoy stable and high-quality photo services, the upgraded photo bank has limited its capacity. The photo gallery spaces of China supplier members and ordinary members are 500M and 150M respectively (the platform will not provide the upgraded photo gallery space service for the time being). You can check the space usage through the progress bar on the photo gallery page.

If you upload more pictures than the capacity limit before the upgraded photo library goes online on May, 20 10/0, the pictures that exceed the capacity limit will be stored in a temporary folder, and the pictures in the temporary folder will be emptied after being stored for one year. Please deal with the pictures in this folder in time.

2. Upload, rename and delete pictures

1) Upload a picture

You can upload pictures from your computer to the picture library. First, select a group to upload, and then select a picture from your computer to upload to the group. You can upload up to 6 pictures at a time.

2) Rename the picture

If you need to change the picture name, just double-click the picture name, enter a new picture name in the input box and confirm.

3) Delete the picture

If you need to delete a picture, please select the picture to delete, and then click Delete. You can delete at most 18 pictures at a time. After being deleted, it cannot be restored. Please think twice.

3. Picture grouping management

1) new grouping

Click New Group and type the name of the new group in the input box to create a new picture group. Grouping can support up to three layers, and up to 50 new subgroups can be created under each grouping.

2) Rename grouping

If you need to change the picture name, just double-click the group name, type the new group name in the input box and confirm.

3) Delete grouping

If you need to delete a picture group, select a group and click Delete. After confirmation, all groups and their subgroups will be deleted. Pictures under this grouping will not be deleted, but will be moved to "Ungrouped Pictures".

Fourth, the picture display management

1) image filtering

The picture library can be filtered according to the uploader (China supplier user members only), upload date and whether to quote, so as to find pictures quickly. You just need to select the filtering criteria, and then click "Filter".

2) Image search

The photo gallery can directly search for pictures according to their names. Click on the search input box, enter the picture name in the box, select a grouped, ungrouped or temporary folder under "All Groups" from the drop-down menu, and click "Search" to find the picture you need.
