Why does my face appear fatter in photos than in real life?
This is due to the difference in the conversion between plane and three-dimensional images causing visual differences. If there is no eye light, it will affect the eyes. If the eyes in myopic photos are not good, the way is to take a distant whole body shot and use a telephoto lens. The camera will feel like it is shrinking. Don’t face 3/4 or more of the side of the camera. Don’t raise your head. It should be a little lower than looking straight.
The light should not be directed directly from the front, the side light should be 45 degrees, and the camera position should be slightly higher than the subject's eyes
