Kirin 980 is a dual-layer motherboard?

Among them, Kirin 980 adopts double-layer motherboard and A76+A55 architecture of ARM. It has two super cores, two large cores and four small cores, and the highest frequency is 2.6GHz. Apple A 12 is designed with two cores and four small cores. The architecture of Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 has not been announced. All three chips adopt TSMC's latest 7-nanometer process.

However, the GeekBench scores of the three chips have been exposed. As shown in the above figure, from left to right are Kirin 980, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and Apple A 12.

As can be seen from the running score, Kirin 980' s single-core performance is very close to Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, and its multi-core performance is slightly better.
