According to relevant policies and regulations for special open recruitment of public institutions and the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Implementation Measures for Publicly Funded Education for Normal Students in Normal Universities Directly Affiliated to the Ministry of Education and Other Departments" (Guobanfa [2018] No. 75 ), in order to ensure the employment of public-funded normal college graduates from normal colleges directly under the Ministry of Education, the relevant matters regarding the special open recruitment for public-funded normal college students are hereby announced as follows.

1. Recruitment position plan

2. Recruitment Targets

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions

IV. Recruitment procedures

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration time: Centralized registration starts from the date of this announcement to February 2023 Ending at 17:30 on March 27th.

After the centralized registration is completed, graduates of public-funded normal schools can contact the local education administrative department to register on their own.

2. Registration method: Applicants must register via email and send scanned copies of the required registration materials to the designated email address (see attachment 1 for the designated email address).

3. Qualification review: When applying, please provide the following relevant information for the recruiting unit to conduct qualification review, and fill in the "Registration Form for Special Public Recruitment of Publicly Funded Normal School Graduates by Public Institutions" (Annex 2). (2) Organization test

1. For positions where the ratio of the number of recruits for the same position to the number of qualified applicants for the position does not reach 1:10 (excluding 10), applicants Go straight to the interview.

2. (3) Organize physical examination.

(4) Organize inspections.

Personnel who pass the physical examination will be inspected by the employer and its competent department.

(5) Determine the candidates to be hired.

Based on the test and physical examination results, the recruiting unit will collectively research and determine the candidates to be hired, and submit the filing materials to the education authorities for review and then to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at the same level.

(6) Publicity and filing.

(8) Implement a candidate system.

The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at the same level will build a database for candidates who have been interviewed but not hired, sorted by comprehensive scores from high scores to low scores, and will retain their qualifications as candidates. (9) Employment management.
