You said that neither the camera nor the card reader could read it, and you highly suspected that there was something wrong with your memory card.

Suggestion:

Take out the memory card of your camera and try reading it with another card reader.

If the monitor is not formatted, the card may be damaged.

Solution:

Use data recovery software Finaldata, Winhex, recover my file, phreak raid recovery 1.0, etc. And try to recover. If not, admit bad luck.

Cards with recovered data (or cards that have given up recovery) can be taken to the customer service of the memory card for repair or replacement.
