Sid and Nancy is adapted from the personal story of the sex pistol bassist Sid Withers (Gary Oldman) and his girlfriend Nancy Spangan (Chloe Webb).

The film tells the relationship between these two eccentric characters, which is a doomed love story. Drug addiction and unhealthy interdependence will eventually destroy the band and their lives. Although Sid and Nancy directed by alex cox is somewhat inconsistent with reality, on the whole, it depicts the punk scene with roger deakins's imaginative photography.

Derek Jarman, the filmmaker, took punk's unorthodox remarks to the extreme, combining the excellent music performances of Toya Wilcock, Ali Popper, Banshee and wayne county.

The film tells the story of a rebellious girl, Colleen (played by Diane Lane), who forms an all-female punk band, The Stains, and soon they become famous overnight. When they become more famous, the unexpected consequences of fame will soon affect them, because they want to find a world that they think they know.

"Total Failure" was directed by Lou Adler and released on 1982, including guest performances by members of the pop punk bands "Sex Pistol" and "Collision Band".

The Girl from new york, directed by Susan Seidelman and filmed in downtown new york, tells the life of girl gone wild Ryan (Susan Berman) who moved to new york from the suburbs of New Jersey and tried to enter the punk music circle. But she has no talent and no plan. She found herself in several parasitic relationships with members of new york's declining punk circle as a means of survival.

Although the protagonist didn't succeed in the end, and there were some tragic colors in the story, The Girl from new york was still a classic of punk movement in the early 1980s.

Directed by Julien Temple, this 2007 documentary records the life and career of joe strummer, the lead singer and songwriter of the British punk rock band "The Clash".

The film tells a fast and fascinating story, from growing up in a political family, traveling around the world with his British diplomat father, to his leftist ideology of white supremacy, to his becoming a superstar of a "collision band" and his subsequent struggle with depression. As a person who deeply recorded the rise of punk, the director further enriched the production with his own lens. Deng Bo also interviewed some old band members from john cusack, Johnny Depp, Martin Scorsese and Strom.

This is a documentary about sex pistols. From the point of view of agent malcolm mclaren, he shows that "sex pistols" and punk rock are his elaborate scams to earn "one million pounds".

Although the narrative of the film is general, sometimes I can't understand it, it is worth seeing some wonderful scenes of sex pistol concerts and some interesting animation clips, as well as the wonderful performance of the band lead singer Sid Withers in My Way.

Caroline Baker, the fashion editor, gave Don Lai Ci, the DJ of Roxey Club, a camera as a gift, and he decided to record continuously for the next three months. Finally, he collected some early live thrillers of the best punk bands in London, including Johnny Thunder, Generation X, Clash Band, Sex Pistol, wayne county and Electric Chair, Heartbreaker and X-ray Spex.

As you can imagine, most of the shots are rough, the fragments are scattered and the sound is not first-class, but you can't deny that this is an intimate and explosive experience before the rise of the British punk trend.
