Step 1: Open the original material, then press the letter shortcut key "D" to restore the colors of the front and background to the default black and white, and then create a new layer and execute: filter.

Step 2: Change the cloud mixing mode to "color filtering" and the filling mode to: 7 1%. You can see the smoke effect, but it is not natural enough and needs further adjustment. The effect is shown below.
