In order to ensure the safety of ancient buildings, cultural relics and tourists, and establish a good visiting order, tourists are requested to consciously accept the safety inspection before admission, and the controlled items found in the security inspection will be handed over to the public security organs for handling. Visitors should handle it by themselves according to the management regulations of the Palace Museum, and those that meet the storage standards can be stored. If it is not possible, the hospital will assist in the refund procedure.

The Palace Museum is closed on Monday (except legal holidays), so please arrange the visit time in advance. The Palace Museum does not sell tickets for that day. All tourists (including those who enjoy preferential policies and their accompanying personnel) must make an appointment with their real names, and visitors with annual tickets must register at least one day in advance.

Mainland tourists use their ID cards, while non-mainland tourists use Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' passes to and from the mainland, and foreigners' permanent residence ID cards or passports to book tickets and check tickets. Only one ticket can be reserved for each visit day with the same certificate.

The audience must bring the original valid documents used in the reservation and check in at the noon gate (the south gate of the Forbidden City). Tickets (big tickets, bells, treasures and exhibitions) must be reserved at 20: 00 7 days before the visit, and are only valid on the day of the visit. Tickets are non-refundable once they are checked in.

Please consciously maintain the order of visiting the exhibition hall, and prohibit live media and recording activities in the exhibition hall; Eating and drinking and erecting easels are prohibited in the exhibition hall; It is forbidden to use flash, selfie stick and bracket photographic equipment to shoot in the exhibition hall.

5. Begging, performing arts, pulling banners, distributing, hanging and pasting advertisements are prohibited, and activities or behaviors that violate public order and good customs are prohibited.

6. Without the permission of our hospital, it is forbidden to carry out all kinds of performances, publicity, interviews, social surveys, religious activities, promotion of goods or services, commercial shooting and other non-sightseeing activities.
