Teaching conditions of Architectural Art College of Hefei University of Technology

For decades, based in Anhui and facing the whole country, Architectural Art Research Institute has devoted itself to the study of Huizhou culture and architecture and China culture and architecture, studied advanced modern architectural theories and methods, actively participated in architectural activities at home and abroad, and made certain contributions to the development and construction of architecture in Anhui and even the whole country.

The library of our college covers an area of 180m2, with 50 reading seats and 2 administrators. The library is open to teachers and students all day. There are 30 18 Chinese books, 4082 foreign books, 70 periodicals, l0080 books and 60 electronic audio-visual materials.

The College of Architecture and Art has a central laboratory, which consists of four laboratories, namely, architectural physics laboratory, architectural CAD room, architectural photography laboratory and architectural modeling laboratory, with a total of 27 laboratories. The instruments and equipment in the laboratory serve teaching, scientific research and production, giving priority to teaching experiments. Schools and colleges attach great importance to the construction and development of laboratories. In the case of difficult education funds, schools and colleges jointly build experimental equipment to meet the basic requirements of teaching.

The School of Architecture has established certain contacts with universities and academic organizations at home and abroad, and actively participated in various international and domestic academic activities. Experts from home and abroad have come to our school to give lectures for more than 30 times, and our teachers have participated in academic conferences at home and abroad for more than 50 times. Our school and Stuttgart University in Germany are sister schools, and two architecture professors from Germany, such as Farrell, came to give lectures in our school. Our college has established friendly relations with the School of Architecture of Irvine University in Japan. In 2003, Professor Ito Boming, a doctoral supervisor of architecture at Tohoku University in Japan, and Dr. Kim, a Korean architect visited our school.

Invite famous domestic architects and professors to teach and exchange. Such as Qin, Cai Zhenyu, Ma, Zhang Zugang, Bao Jiasheng,,,, Dai Fudong, Shen Guoyao and Huang Weikang all came to give lectures.

Professor Wang, Lin, Pan Guotai, Guo Duanben, Su, etc. were invited to give lectures in our hospital for many times. Teachers of our college have participated in various international and domestic academic exchanges for more than 50 times. For example: China International Seminar on Modern History, Pan-subtropical Architectural Design and Technology, Cross-Strait Urban Development Seminar, National College Architectural Steering Committee Annual Meeting, National College Urban Planning Steering Committee Annual Meeting, Young Architects' Architectural Creation Seminar, Architectural Art Seminar, Urban Sculpture and Urban Environment Seminar, Co-organizing Anhui Jiangsu Architects Association Annual Meeting and Academic Seminar, China Architectural Creation Seminar, China Architectural Society Annual Meeting, National Architectural Creation Theory Committee Meeting, and 2003 International Architectural Education Seminar ... He also presided over relevant teachers to attend the 20th and 2nd1World Architects Congress, and made a systematic investigation on the living environment in Western Europe, North America and Asia. He has long-term cooperation with relevant international universities and architectural firms, and has formed relatively stable contact and cooperation with Tseidler (International) architectural firms in Canada.
