PS gothic portrait color matching course ck

Hello, everyone, here is a new photo of Auricularia auricula. I bought my first entry-level SLR (Canon 600d) three years ago, just to take a clearer picture of my visit here when I was playing. Later I don't know why I became interested in portrait photography. At the beginning of this year, I upgraded Quan Huafu SLR, started to participate in activities, made friends with photographers, and really fell into the pit of portrait photography.

I have to say that participating in POCO's photography activities is really a good way to improve your photography level quickly. Through the guidance of the organizers and team leaders, as well as mutual discussion and comparison with photographers, we can find our own shortcomings. In addition, I also like to ask my sister ACC. In the case of one-on-one with my sister, I can give full play to my imagination and creativity and shoot the style I really want. Portrait photography is a big proposition. I hook up with friends, classmates and colleagues extensively. Although these girls are not models, they don't have the face value and figure of professional models, but they all have their own characteristics. With a little guidance, they can show a very charming personality. In the past, when I posted photos in private chat groups, I also met other photographers who criticized my Madou face and so on, but I always felt that as a photographer, we should first respect the subjects. I am willing to be a photographer who can show the beautiful side of ordinary girls. Even if a girl walks into the crowd, she will be drowned in countless ordinary faces, and I hope she can present unique beauty in my lens.

Crow Author: Ten fingers in an instant

Anyway, I brought it to you this time. The later tutorial is a simple synthesis of black and white retro Gothic photos. The photos also come from a group of guest movies "Crow" I shot for my friend Chen, inspired by Poe's poems. The final style of this group of photos comes from three aspects. On the one hand, I have always felt that the 18th National Congress is very suitable for retro style. On the other hand, I am a person with Gothic complex. On the other hand, it is very important that the recent rainy weather in Shanghai is very suitable for taking photos with depressed atmosphere and dim light.

Of course, good styling is the prerequisite for the success of the photo, so I discussed styling with the 18th National Congress in advance, decided to stick to the classic black dress with red lips, bought a black veil and umbrella, and dug out a long black dress in the box (as a female photographer, I still have many advantages in clothes preparation ~). However, there are no crows in the props, which is due to the rough texture of the crow props themselves. There are several photos that require crows to fall on branches and fly in the sky, which the props cannot achieve. As a PS expert, I naturally choose to solve the crow problem later.

First, compare the finished film with the original film.

Then I'll explain the specific process to you step by step.

First of all, analyze the original picture, the evaluation is very dull, the color of the characters is not prominent, and there is nothing attractive. However, since this photo was taken, it has its fundamental reason-because this angle is suitable for putting a crow, and the crow has it, and this photo naturally has a center of gravity.

Then the first step, finishing, liquefaction, peeling, simple color matching, increase the three-dimensional sense of the face. First of all, I will talk about peeling. I directly use the repair tool to remove the large plaque defect. Then, I can peel it with one button with the widely acclaimed portrait filter, which is convenient and quick. Of course, if there is no problem, I will use the lock to select the skin and then use the filter to peel it off. Liquefaction, I won't say much. I don't want to adjust, fine-tune or adjust my face, depending on the situation. Generally speaking, I prefer fine tuning. After all, on the basis of moderate beautification, I must ensure that Madou girl still recognizes her (of course, if the girl doesn't mind, I don't mind being liquefied without discipline ...). Then I will say preliminary color matching, because the later photos will eventually become black and white, and the purpose of color matching is to highlight the level of the photos. By analyzing the color composition of the face, we can choose red as an optional color to deepen the lip gloss and remove some cyan from the character's skin color. Finally, a simple way to enhance the layering and contrast of photos is to copy the photo layers, adjust the copy layer mode to "Overlay" and adjust the transparency of the copy layers to 10%-30%. As you can see, the exquisite picture has a little feeling.

Next is our focus-the crow king. Download a picture of a crow that looks handsome and pleasing to the eye. For example, this ... feather is smooth and bright, black is gratifying, and there is a little vision in small eyes, which is the best among crows. ...

Drag the crow picture to the PSD of the previous patch to adjust the size and direction of the crow.

Then use the magic wand tool to cut out the crows, create a mask to deal with the white edges of the cut crows, and use the 50-70% brush tool to slowly remove the white edges along the edges of the crows, which can also make the crows blend with the background a little better. As for why you don't use the pen tool to cut the picture, of course, it is because even if you use the pen to cut the picture, the edge of the crow still needs to be dealt with. Since we have to do the same thing later, it is obviously more labor-saving and time-saving to choose the magic wand.

Turn the photo to black and white. Personally, I prefer going to black-and-white film in the later stage than going directly to black-and-white film in the early stage, because the function of PS to establish a black-and-white adjustment layer is so easy to use that it can adjust the brightness of each color. Here, I darken the red color because I want to get a deeper lip gloss, but my face will also darken (because my face is mainly red and yellow at this time). In order to reduce the impact on my face, I brightened the yellow and darkened the green (that is, the grass behind me). In short, I want to make a black-and-white movie with a darker atmosphere, so I follow my heart. ...

Then set a curve layer to adjust the light-dark relationship of the whole picture, mainly for the transition between the crow king and the background light. Here, first create a curve layer to darken the whole, then use the mask tool, Ctrl+Delete key to turn the mask into black, and then use the brush tool to smear out the places you want to darken. Crow's abdomen, legs and periphery are all processed in the dark. The less clear and fuzzy the vision, the more natural the transition will be.

At this point, the crow and the background have been very integrated. But I found that the photo was not three-dimensional, so I added a layer again, or superimposed it.

Then use the open filter (I used alien skin exposure at that time, so don't ask me the parameters, I can't remember anyway, and everything goes with my feelings ... until it is pleasing to the eye. In addition, this filter can't be used after I run out of 15 days trial period. I would appreciate it if someone gave me the activation code ...) and made it into a retro movie style. Of course, adjust the contrast and then use the curve to adjust the brightness of the picture. Finally, add a sharpening to finish it. Sharpening I prefer the filter-other-Gao Fancha retention method, and of course other methods are the same.
