The "Wonton Store" was closed, but I didn't give up and started thinking again. At that time, it was inconvenient for students to go a long way to match keys. So I bought tools and started matching keys. Many students started to "follow the trend" when they saw that it was easy to make money with keys, so I retired. Later, I found that many students like to take pictures in front of the school auditorium, so I bought a camera and became a photographer in my spare time. They can shoot two or three films a day and earn 50 to 60 yuan, which not only solves their living expenses, but also improves their lives for roommates. At that time, I became the "leader" of students' entrepreneurship in the school.

When Xiamen Dazhou Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. 1997 was established, Chen Tieming had only been involved in the real estate market for four years. Now, Dazhou has developed into a huge group, successfully developed a number of high-quality real estate projects and achieved great success.
