Is Yin's painting valuable?

More valuable. Yin, 1949, born in Hefei, is a first-class artist, a member of Anhui Artists Association, a member of China Architectural Culture and Art Association, and the executive director of Anhui Poetry and Calligraphy Research Institute of the World Chinese Federation.

Yin has been very smart since he was a child, and he has a wide range of interests, especially drawing. Mr. Xiaoya graduated from Chizhou Normal University in 1970s. In order to further improve my painting ability, I went to Anhui Correspondence College of Painting and Calligraphy, where I studied under famous painters such as Yang, Yang, Yang and Zheng Zhenlao, specializing in the creation of small freehand flower-and-bird paintings. His painting skills have improved by leaps and bounds, and his paintings are sparse and pleasant, simple and fresh. Its flower-and-bird paintings are fresh, elegant and full of vitality, showing its originality from every branch to the whole layout. The peony in Xiaoya's works is graceful, with swaying branches and leaves, and the leaves are often dotted with bees, butterflies or birds, which is vivid and interesting.

Yin, who is over 60 years old, was born in a scholarly family. Before liberation, my father was the secretary-general of Hefei County, and my mother and sister were both teachers. Yin was deeply impressed and fell in love with painting since he was a child. In 1960s, he studied sketching with the famous painter Yang for three years in junior high school, which laid a solid foundation for his future painting.

After graduating from junior high school, Yin was sent to the countryside. Later, after studying, he was admitted to Chizhou Normal School to study propaganda, but he did not continue to study painting. But this did not prevent him from enjoying painting until he returned to Hefei after graduation and became a worker in Hefei Pressure Machinery Factory at that time. Yin still often takes time to draw two strokes. For decades, I have maintained my interest in painting.

Yin's works have participated in many art exhibitions inside and outside the province and won prizes. He won the second prize of "Huangshan Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Competition", was selected into the first "World Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" sponsored by 1997 Art Department of the Ministry of Culture and China Artists Association, and won the bronze prize of "Central Plains Jinling Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" by 1998. In the same year, he won the excellent prize of "National Arts and Crafts Calligraphy Photography Exhibition" sponsored by China Federation of Literary and China Artists Association. In 2000, he won the Excellence Award of "China Architectural Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition" sponsored by China Artists Association, China Calligraphy Association and China Architectural Culture and Art Association. In 2005, he won the silver prize of "Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition for the Elderly" sponsored by Anhui Provincial Civil Affairs Department, Xinhua News Agency, Committee on Aging, Provincial Artists Association and Provincial Calligraphy Association. His works are collected by the PLA General Staff and other units.
