1. Recruitment targets

Recruitment targets are male graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, and their majors should meet the needs of professional positions in the army. 2. Recruitment conditions

Recruitment targets must be unmarried, male, and under the age of 24 (as of July 31 of the current year). The political and physical conditions shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations on the recruitment of conscripts. Those who recruit graduates from ordinary colleges and universities and whose institutions and majors they study have carried out vocational skills appraisal should obtain intermediate or above vocational qualification certificates issued by the state.

3. Time Arrangement

Before July 15, complete the physical examination and political review, professional review, enlistment, and signing of agreements with recruits; the enlistment time starts from August 1 ,August. Arrive at the unit from the 2nd to the 10th. The time for issuing orders to serve as noncommissioned officers is December 1.

4. Organizational Procedures

The recruitment of non-commissioned officers shall be organized and implemented in accordance with the procedures of registration, physical examination and political review, professional review, approval of enlistment, approval of enlistment, and organizational handover and registration.

(—)Registration. Before June 10, young people of appropriate age can log in to the "College Student Online Pre-Recruitment Platform" (website: or ) to check the recruiting majors. Those who meet the conditions can apply to register for the direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers. At the same time, you can also register directly at the county recruitment office (Ministry of Human Resources and Armed Forces). When registering, you should bring your household registration book, ID card, professional qualification certificate and four 1-inch photos.

(2) Physical examination. Before June 20, the Municipal Recruitment Office will strictly follow the recruitment physical examination standards and procedures, organize pre-recruitment candidates to undergo closed physical examinations, and submit the list of qualified candidates to the Provincial Recruitment Office for review. .

(3) Political censorship. Before June 24, the Municipal Recruitment Office will notify the county (city, district) Recruitment Office of the list of qualified personnel for physical examination and professional examination, and the county (city, district) Recruitment Office will organize the political review. Before June 28, the recruitment office of each county (city, district) will submit the "Political Review Form" to the municipal recruitment office.

(4) Professional approval. Before June 30, the Municipal Recruitment Office will work with the education, human resources and social security departments and schools to review academic qualifications and professional qualifications, and fill out the "Recruitment of Non-Commissioned Officers Academic Qualification Approval Form." ,

(5) Examination and approval of troops. As of July 15th, based on the physical examination, political review and professional evaluation of the pre-recruitment candidates, the recruitment candidates will be selected based on the best, reported to the provincial recruitment office for review, and the "Non-Commissioned Officer Recruitment Agreement" will be signed with the recruitment candidates.

(6) Approval to enlist in the army. Before July 19, the Municipal Recruitment Office will notify the county-level Recruitment Office of the confirmed recruitment targets where their registered permanent residence is located. The Recruitment Office of each county (city, district) will be responsible for handling the enlistment approval procedures, issuing the "Citizen Enlistment Notice", and Organize the file materials of the recruitment targets (including: "Approval Letter", "Political Review Form", "Physical Examination Form", "Academic Qualification and Major Approval Form", "Admission Registration Form", "Student Status Registration Form", "Transcript", "Graduation Registration Form" and other student file materials).

(7) Organize handover. Before July 23, the Municipal Recruitment Office will hand over the list of newly recruited non-commissioned officers and the compiled archive materials to the Provincial Recruitment Office, which will be responsible for the unified handover of archive materials with the recruiting troops. From August 2 to 10, the Municipal Recruitment Office will organize the registration of newly recruited non-commissioned officers in accordance with the requirements of the provincial Recruitment Office.
