Higher Vocational and Technical College is a full-time secondary branch of Anshan Normal University. The college now covers an area of 60,000 square meters, with a construction area of nearly 30,000 square meters. The college has four departments, including computer application technology, computer system maintenance, preschool education, computerized accounting, e-commerce, insurance practice, applied English, applied Korean, tourism management, marketing, chain operation, public affairs management, public safety management, advertising design and production, art design, etc. It has two national professional skill appraisal institutes, namely photographer and e-commerce, a training base for high-skilled personnel determined by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Information Industry, and a secondary appraisal station for special jobs in the electronics industry in Liaoning Province.
