What is the earliest human fossil in China?
Two million years ago, in the early Paleolithic period, in this rich, magical and beautiful land, Wushan people who were still in the early stage of chaos left their footprints on this land.
Fossils of Wushan ape-man were found in Longgupo, Longping Village, Wushan, on the south bank of Wuxia in the Yangtze River at 30 degrees north latitude. It is the earliest early Paleolithic human fossil in China, and its scientific name is "Wushan capable man" or "Wushan man" for short.
