explain
First, these rules are used as the basis for the classification of difficulty categories of various surveying and mapping projects in the price of surveying and mapping products.
Two, the difficulties listed in these rules are divided into three categories according to the content of surveying and mapping work, technical and technological conditions and natural environmental conditions in the survey area.
3. The 259 surveying and mapping work items in the Detailed Rules are classified into 33 items according to similarities and differences, of which 17 items are explained in the list; The project 16 shows the geographical distribution with icons.
Four, the minimum block of difficult maps in these rules is 1: 100000 topographic map framing grid.
Five, these rules shall be interpreted and revised by the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping.
Six, these rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
