First, close to student life:

Combined with the reality of our school, a special survey of students' voices was conducted in the form of questionnaires in the new and old campuses, and students will meet you in the form of discussion. For the problems reflected from it, the students' union made a summary in time and reflected them to the relevant departments, which were solved to varying degrees. Through these activities, the distance between the student union and the students has been narrowed, the students' understanding, trust and support for the student union have been enhanced, and the sense of responsibility of the members of the student union has also been enhanced.

Second, the style of study construction:

Organized the first New Science Cup English Star Competition, and strengthened the contact with foreign student unions in this activity. In 2005, he assisted the Youth League Committee to hold the first growth forum and organized many lectures on CET-4 and CET-6 knowledge, which mobilized students' learning intention, effectively promoted the construction of study style, created a good campus cultural atmosphere for students, and virtually cultivated the humanistic quality of college students.

Third, the campus culture:

Organized by the Ministry of Sports, the first Ideal Cup Basketball League was successfully held, which enhanced college students' sense of honor and team spirit. The Propaganda Department organized and hosted a live painting and calligraphy exhibition. During the exhibition, Henan University of Science and Technology and Luoyang Normal University Students' Union also participated in it and had extensive exchanges.

Fourth, entertainment culture:

According to the particularity of our school, a gala with the theme of "Walking into the new district, you and I walk together" was held in the new district, and a wide-angle community cultural evening with the theme of singing the same song was held in the old campus. Students' Union will give full play to the role of College Students' Self-discipline Committee and College Students' Food Committee. Combined with the 23rd Courtesy Education Month, the Self-discipline Committee organized students to conduct regular spot checks on student dormitories, which effectively curbed the behavior of staying late and staying overnight, and maintained the order of large-scale activities for many times. Politeness supervision posts correspondingly stopped impolite behaviors on campus. The Food Committee cooperated with the Student Affairs Office, the Youth League Committee and the Logistics Development Corporation to do a lot of concrete work in dormitory culture construction, classroom and dormitory hygiene inspection. In the past semester's work, due to short time and lack of work experience, I also know that there are still shortcomings and defects, which are summarized as follows:

First, the lack of communication between the various departments of the student union has led to the incomplete organization of some major activities of the student union and the lack of integrity and continuity. The overall quality of student union members needs to be further improved.

Second, it pays more attention to the development of large-scale activities, ignoring the supervision and management of daily work, and there is not enough communication between student branches in various departments, which leads to a single and incomplete audience for organizing activities in a department.

3. Regarding the website of the Student Union, all departments and student branches of the Student Union cannot upload work plans and work summaries in time, and there are big loopholes in file management and data collection.
