Subtraction angiography (DSA) is a photography technique, which eliminates the images of bones and soft tissues in angiograms by computer, and only highlights blood vessels in the images. Indications: ① Intracranial vascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, embolism, stenosis, occlusive diseases, arteriopathy, arteriovenous malformation, arteriovenous fistula, etc. ② Intracranial space occupying lesions, such as intracranial tumor, abscess, cyst, hematoma, etc. ③ Various extracerebral hematoma caused by craniocerebral trauma. ④ Observe the cerebrovascular circulation after operation. Contraindications: ① those who are allergic to contrast media. ② Severe hypertension with diastolic pressure greater than110mmhg (14.66kpa). ③ Severe liver and kidney dysfunction. ④ Patients with recent myocardial infarction, severe myocardial disease, heart failure and arrhythmia. ⑤ Hyperthyroidism and uncontrolled diabetes.
