2015 Hunan Huaihua Vocational and Technical College Recruitment Announcement for Outstanding College Graduates
In order to meet the development needs of the college, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] Order No. 6), the college has studied and submitted to relevant departments for approval, and it is scheduled for 2015. On April 18, I participated in the college student recruitment fair held by Hunan University and selected 18 outstanding graduates with bachelor's degree or above. The announcement is now as follows:

(4) Interview location and time
Interview location: Hunan Normal University (specific location will be notified separately)
Interview time: Starting at 8:30 on April 19, 2015
(5) Applicants need to provide the following materials:
< p> Applicants must hold a valid ID card and academic degree certificate (fresh graduates must hold the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Letter". If hired, they must obtain the relevant academic diploma before August 1, 2015, otherwise the employment qualification will be cancelled) , other required qualification certificates and relevant supporting materials to register, and fill in the "Registration Form" truthfully.Each applicant can only apply for one position. In principle, the ratio of the number of planned recruitments to the number of applicants for each position shall not be less than 1:3. If the examination opening ratio is not reached, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau must submit the application for approval, and the examination opening ratio can be reduced or relevant recruitment plans can be reduced.
3. Recruitment methods
Lectures, interviews, and skill tests will be conducted respectively, with the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Municipal Editorial Office, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau supervising the entire process. The specific interview and lecture locations will be notified later.
The recruitment of full-time teachers (***15) will be conducted in the form of lectures, the content will not exceed the scope of higher vocational textbooks, and the total score will be 100 points.
Recruitment for the accounting position (***1) will be conducted through a skills test to specifically examine the candidate's practical ability, with a total score of 100 points.
Recruitment for student counselor positions (***2) will be conducted through structured interviews, specifically examining candidates’ language expression, logical thinking, image, temperament, and adaptability. The total score is 100 points.
For all job recruitments, a minimum score of 60 points is set. Those with a total score below 60 will not be admitted.

5. Recruitment method
Lectures, interviews, and skills test results respectively The physical examination and inspection personnel will be determined in equal order from high to low (those with the same scores will be given an extra lecture, interview or skills test). After passing the physical examination and assessment, they will be announced, and finally go through the recruitment and appointment procedures.
6. Recruitment Discipline
(1) The recruitment work shall be open to information, process and results, and shall be subject to supervision by the Discipline Inspection Commission, Supervision, Establishment, Human Resources and Social Security Department and society.
(2) Applicants who have any of the following circumstances will be disqualified from recruitment
1. Forged or altered documents or certificates, or obtained qualifications through other improper means;
2. Cheating during examinations, inspections and physical examinations;
3. Other violations of relevant regulations on open recruitment.
(3) Persons in charge of the employing unit and recruitment staff who have direct blood relationships, collateral blood relationships within three generations, and close marriage relationships with the applicants should avoid doing so.
