Elizabeth in this version is the gentlest and most refined (when she hates Darcy, the most incisive sentence is: "I hope Mr. Darcy can marry Miss De Bourgh, so that Lady Catherine can be his mother-in-law!" ), humorous, reserved and introverted, but soft outside and rigid inside, gentle implies self-esteem and keenness, profound thoughts and frequent self-reflection; Elizabeth rejected Darcy's proposal for the first time.
