How to judge epiphyseal slippage of capitulum humeri?

The epiphyseal slippage of humeral capitulum has the following conditions: ① The humeral capitulum slides back and forth: the position of humeral capitulum is located between the longitudinal axis of humerus and the tangent line of the front edge of humerus at the elbow joint, and it slides forward when it exceeds the front tangent line, and backward when it exceeds the central axis of humerus. ② The capitulum of humerus slides outward; X-ray of elbow joint is used to connect the lateral condyle of humerus with the outer edge of the metaphyseal end of radius. The capitulum humeri is obviously located in this line and overlaps with the shadow of the upper end of ulna. If the epiphysis approaches or exceeds this line, it can be diagnosed as outward slippage.
