A group of elite scientists working on equipment The sophisticated undersea research center conducts medical research on Genesis. Unexpectedly, they changed the natural ecology and made a group of vicious sharks smart and agile. These killers hidden under the calm sea are preparing to take revenge on mankind...

Franklin (Samuel L. Jackson), the owner of a biochemical pharmaceutical factory, is a sponsor of the Undersea Research Center Fund owner. He offers Dr. Susan Mai (played by Saffron Blossom) huge sums of money to research a magic pill to fight Alzheimer's. Dr. Mai and his research team used the oldest living creature, the shark, as the experimental subject at an undersea research center in an isolated sea. They took proteins from its brain and injected them into human necrotic brain cells to complete a great medical achievement. However, Franklin was preparing to end the research center's funding due to investment failure, which was a major blow to Dr. Mai, who was promising success. After hard persuasion, Franklin had no choice but to demand to see the results as soon as possible and come to the research laboratory to witness their achievements. At this time, the storm is slowly approaching the underwater research center...

To achieve this goal, Dr. Mai has already increased the brain capacity of sharks to extract more brain proteins, but at the same time, the sharks have also gradually become... Smart and getting stronger.

But this unknown change is only noticed by Dr. Mai and the diver Carter (played by Thomas Jayne) who lives with sharks day and night.

Although Carter had warned Gong Susanmai, Susanmai ignored it in order to allow the experiment to proceed normally. Finally, in the last successful experiment, a fatal revenge was launched against humans. A helicopter arrived in the wind and rain for help, but unfortunately it was attacked by a clever giant shark, and an inevitable catastrophe began.

How should they fight against the mutant evil shark they created? Who can escape from this dangerous situation? !
