How to Improve Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Quality of Fine Arts
First, practice boldly and improve your basic art skills.
Starting from cultivating students' quality, according to the characteristics of art, the new art curriculum divides art into four learning areas: modeling, performance, design, application, appreciation, comment and comprehensive inquiry, which shows that autonomous learning is a breakthrough and transcendence of tradition. Art education includes modeling, painting, design and application. As an art teacher, you must have rich professional knowledge. You may not be a painter or an artist, but you must be a saint. To understand Chinese painting, printmaking, watercolor, gouache, oil painting, sculpture and other art forms, it is best to demonstrate by yourself. To this end, I have been committed to fishermen's painting, watercolor painting, printmaking, Chinese painting, sketch and other exercises and creations. If you can't, watch online videos repeatedly, copy famous picture books, consult peer teachers and so on. In the continuous practice, I have created my own unique expression, and at the same time, I have explored many creative methods suitable for students. As shown in the picture (1), I created a fisherman's painting "Fish Island", which was inspired by printmaking. I didn't draw directly, but cut out the figure I wanted to draw with paper, then painted it with color and printed it with background color. This work not only has the beauty of knife marks, but also has the beauty of texture of prints, and also embodies the strong flavor of the sea, and finally entered the first modern folk art competition in China. The second picture is my work "Mathieu Lian", which depicts Mathieu Lian in detail by sketching. Beige and lavender blend together, and different shades of green flow in Ye Jian, with elegant colors and fragrant flowers, which are fresh and pleasant.

Second, pay attention to artistic information and improve your academic vision.
Modern society is changing rapidly and information is changing with each passing day. For art teaching, it is not enough for art teachers to have rich professional knowledge, but also extensive knowledge in line with modern society. They should not only be proficient in the knowledge of the art subject they are teaching, but also pay attention to the new teaching theory of the art subject. They should not only teach themselves good artistic skills, but also let them know other artistic expression languages, so that they can learn from others. Only with a broad vision can we see more beautiful scenery.
In addition, today's environment has an extremely important influence on students' aesthetic development. Art teachers pay attention to industrial culture and business environment and shoulder the heavy responsibility of guiding students to appreciate positive visual culture. For example, the popular visual culture such as comics, design, fashion, comics, movies and new media; They are integrated into our lives in various ways. On the surface, they cater to people's needs, but in fact, our lives are subtly influenced by them, even leading people's consciousness, replacing thinking and monopolizing some concepts. If we can't judge the current business and cultural environment through independent thinking, but just accept it gladly and then accept it, then the student will trust and worship the business and cultural environment and its information he or she sees and hears. It is terrible that the mind does not choose and automatically repairs itself. Then through their own academic vision, purposefully screen and use its beneficial factors, accept changes and face them with a proactive attitude. Maybe our living environment will become perfect day by day. This is entirely possible, as long as we work hard.
Third, participate in teaching and scientific research to promote the theoretical research and teaching practice of art education.
(A) through research to improve the quality of teachers themselves.
Professor Lin Chongde, a famous psychologist and educator, put forward in the academic report of 1985: "Teachers' participation in educational research is an important way to improve their own quality. "It seems that. Indeed, educational research is the best way to improve one's educational theory level and teachers' teaching ability. Doing a project needs theoretical support, so we must consult, collect and learn a lot of materials and books on pedagogy and psychology. Art teachers apply teaching theories and ideas to classroom teaching through project research, and apply educational teaching theories to teaching practice through reflection, study and practice. By doing projects, we can improve our sense of accomplishment, solve some problems in our daily work, and improve our educational theory level and teaching practice ability through experimental research, study and thinking. For example, in my district-level project "Development and Practice of School-based Curriculum featuring Fisherman's Painting", I designed many teaching examples of Fisherman's Painting around the requirements of school-based curriculum development, fabricated a vitality tutorial, and encouraged students to create personalized excellent Fisherman's Painting.
For example, in the research of my municipal project "Print Advertising Intervening in Art Classroom", I read a lot of books about print advertising, learned about the form, requirements and contents of print advertising, and then learned about the teaching theory of graphic design in art education, looking for a teaching theory that fits the art classroom in primary schools. Through four books on this topic, I have read Design Elements: Graphic Design Style by Samara, Classic Analysis of Print Advertising by Zhang Jiaping, Advertising Game-Print Advertising Creativity by Chen Yuanchuan, and Tom? Anderson's "Art for Life" and other books, these books consciously or unconsciously prompted me to read more books and learn more about the latest education and teaching information, thus gradually forming my own education and teaching ideas. To do a project, we should practice boldly, "learn while doing" and "reflect while doing".
(B) through research, improve the ability to solve practical teaching problems.
In teaching, we often encounter confusion and find problems. These problems include teaching practice, student performance and school education. In the course of my research, I have thought, tried and practiced these problems. For example, I found that students in grade one and grade two of primary school do things by intuition. They never imagine and estimate the problems they will encounter before studying. However, when students encounter all kinds of difficulties and puzzles in the process of learning, but they can't solve them themselves, they turn to teachers and parents for help at the first time, losing the opportunity to explore, practice and discover themselves, which restricts the development of students' imagination, creativity and ability to acquire knowledge. To a large extent, students' awareness of problems is generally not strong. Question consciousness refers to the psychological state of doubt, confusion and inquiry when students realize some difficult and doubtful practical or theoretical problems in cognitive activities. It plays an important role in students' thinking activities, cognitive activities and creative activities. This psychological state can drive students to think actively, ask questions constantly and solve problems actively, which is conducive to students' good personality development and help to cultivate students' creative ability. Therefore, cultivating students' problem consciousness is an important teaching task in art education. In view of this state of problem-free consciousness, how to cultivate students' problem consciousness in art teaching practice? Therefore, I put forward a research on cultivating students' "problem consciousness" in art teaching in primary schools. In the classroom, students should consciously create problem situations with problem awareness, teach students the skills of asking questions, strengthen students' subjective consciousness, give correct attitudes to students' questions or answers, and let students have more successful experiences. Cultivate students' ability to ask, think and solve problems.
For another example, in my daily teaching, I found that some students' homework compositions are fragmentary and loose, the characters are small and conceptual, they can't use painting tools reasonably, and the pictures are dirty, chaotic and poor. There are also students who have a high degree of imitation of their homework and few pictures they have conceived, which shows that they are afraid of drawing mistakes and drawing badly. This is a manifestation of students' poor modeling ability. Our teachers all report that after two or three years of study, the modeling ability of middle-level students has not improved much, and they all stay in the first or second grade. What's more, some students' painting modeling ability still stays in the kindergarten stage, and the things they draw are very conceptual. Why students' modeling ability has not been greatly improved, and their sense of picture is not strong? In the long run, the gap between students will get bigger and bigger, which will affect the development of students' personality, thinking and creativity. What kind of help should we give these students? So I put forward "Research on the reasons and countermeasures of poor modeling ability of middle school students". Understand students, make clear the reasons for poor modeling ability, and implement strategies to improve modeling ability. 1, pay attention to sketch practice, develop observation habits and improve students' modeling ability. 2. Use animation art to improve students' interest and promote their modeling ability. 3. Develop creative thinking, cultivate artistic accomplishment and improve students' modeling ability.
