Appreciation of Luo Hong's Photographic Works

By chance, I went to the Luohong Art Museum. In just one afternoon, I fell in love with the feeling there, a majestic, gentle and elaborate love. In my spare time on weekends, I will drive there. For the bustling and noisy capital, it is also a meadow in my heart. I like the background music there, which is apt, like a faint stream flowing slowly along the edge of this beautiful scenery. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of these music. Netease Cloud Music's listening and recognizing songs are lost here, and the source of the songs cannot be found. So the idea that I want to listen to those background music anytime and anywhere has become an extravagant hope, and every time I emerge, I have some regrets and expectations, which is probably one of the reasons why I go more.

Luo Hong named the art gallery after himself. He wrote at the beginning:

What I hope to leave to future generations is a positive outlook on values and some works that nourish the soul. I am a person who is moved by beauty and exists for beauty. "

I know that the greatness of human beings lies in being able to use tools to extend their abilities, break through their material and spiritual boundaries, and understand and transform the world. In this process, heaven, earth and human form a harmonious whole. You have me and I have you, and all kinds of vitality have evolved. The power of nature, an incredible craft, is irresistible. By virtue of his weak body, human beings exert their survival wisdom of self-transformation and innovation, and climb from the bottom of the food chain built by nature to the top of the food chain step by step through long evolution, becoming a polar force that keeps pace with natural forces. This process is long and arduous. As Herari said in "A Brief History of Mankind", human beings have experienced from animals to people, and are also experiencing from people. After reading Luo Hong's photographs, I am surprised and awed by the beauty and power of nature, but at the same time, I have more respect and expectation for human beings. On the African prairie, on the Antarctic glacier, in the depths of the ocean, in all those inaccessible places, all creatures are staged in the naked skin and arms of nature, and the story of survival of the fittest and freedom of all things has been repeated for hundreds of millions of years. Human beings are still so small and fragile in the face of nature, but they have grasped the power of nature and retained the vitality of "I will look back when I am rich." This vitality connects the life force between heaven and earth, and it circulates and evolves everything. Therefore, human beings are different from all things, becoming the master of heaven and earth and the harmonious co-owner of all things.

Luo Hong traveled all over the world and shot many amazing works. The classification and naming of his works are also very interesting, such as heaven and earth, sentient beings and so on.

The core of the art museum is his photography exhibition hall, which has two floors. His works come from hundreds of thousands of photos in 20 years, and here 150 photos are selected for exhibition. Needless to say, they are all fine products.

The dark and quiet environment here, the projected natural works, and the faint flowing background music completely immerse you in the artistic conception, leaving only deep admiration and echoing in your mind like asking yourself and answering questions. Walking out of the photo studio, the outside is one step at a time. Rockery, ponds, pine stones with different paths and postures create a strong sense of walking in the paintings. There are many spray devices installed next to the pond, and the water surface is always foggy. The lights shine on it, reflecting different colors and feeling a bit like a fairyland.

Follow the path all the way to the Black Swan Cake Art Museum, but there is another feeling. The milky white wall and smooth streamline are particularly bright under the projection of light. The black swan cake in the window is just like a work of art, which is not only delicious, but also attractive.

Here is a big rest area. People order some cakes, enjoy the scenery while eating, and look at a large Swan Lake outside the hall through the surrounding panoramic glass wall. On the lake, from time to time, a few black swans lazily crossed, accompanied by bursts of fog, wandering among the lotus leaves, really comfortable and scratching their hearts.

The rockery across the lake is a large grassland, spreading along the smooth back of the earth, and some dark green pine forests in the distance outline the edge of the grassland. The white parasol and high-backed chair instantly remind people of the romantic western-style wedding in the movie Bridge, which is white, pure, sweet and happy.

I have wondered many times why this place is attractive. Later, I gradually figured it out.

The formation of human cognition is a complex synthesis, which includes color, acceptance, thinking and behavior. These parts work together to form "cognition", that is, cognition. The outer layer of the image has lost some information, while the words and language are on the outer layer of the image, which are highly abstracted into a symbol. Luohong Art Museum conveys the original intention of "moving for beauty and existing for beauty" through the implication in the landscape, transcending the limitation of language and words, and combining various image elements. At least I was deeply moved by this practice. Your heart is not as good as your actions.
