Cao Jinshan was born in 1932 under the pen name Wang Xue. People from Xincheng, Hebei. Director of Xi 'an TV Station; Senior reporter. Director of China Television Artists Association, member of China Film Association and member of Xi Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Chairman of Xi Television Artists Association. 1August, 1958, worked as a feature film photographer in Xi 'an Film Studio, and independently filmed the feature films Xue Hai Yinshan (the first feature film of the West Film Studio), Yan 'an Guerrilla, Ding Longzhen, R4 Mystery, Remodeling Me and The Tenth Bullet Hole (1980 won the best in China. He has made more than 40 films (including cooperation) such as documentary films, science and education films "Excellent Successors". Published 7 articles including "It's hard to make a movie" in film journals. 1September, 1983, Xi' an TV Station was transferred to be the deputy director of the self-provided office and concurrently served as a director and photographer. There are more than 30 TV series (episodes) such as Dragon Dream (10), Ordinary People (8 episodes, won the first prize of the 6th Great Northwest Excellent TV Series) (1994) and Yang Guifei. The director's feature film, Xiyue Huashan (Award-winning), was compiled into the Dictionary of Contemporary Cultural Celebrities in China and Biography of China Writers and Artists.

He studied at the Institute of Dentistry, Osaka National University, Japan, and obtained a doctorate in dentistry. Engaged in the clinical work of prosthodontics for nearly twenty years, mastered the advanced diagnosis and treatment methods of common, frequently-occurring and difficult diseases in prosthodontics, and was familiar with the frontier trends and scientific research methods of international academic development of prosthodontics. He has unique research in the manufacture of high-precision dentures, and is good at designing and manufacturing removable dentures, casting brackets and residual roots, full crowns, fixed dentures, porcelain crowns and bridges, dental implants and so on. More than 20 papers have been published at home and abroad, including 2 research topics of precision denture approved by the State Education Commission and Qingdao Association for Science and Technology.

He is currently the leader of the second grade of junior high school, the chairman of the trade union of Dongchuan No.2 Middle School, and a member of China Democratic League.
