The copyright protection period of photographic pictures is as follows:

2. If the right of publication and other property rights in copyright are protected during the author's lifetime and 50 years after his death.

The term of protection of the rights stipulated in items (5) to (17) of the first paragraph is the author's life and fifty years after his death, ending at 65438+February 3 1 day in the fiftieth year after his death;

The copyright (except the right of signature) protection period of the works of legal persons or other organizations and the works in the post enjoyed by legal persons or other organizations is fifty years, ending at 65438+February 3 1 day in the fiftieth year after the first publication of the works, but if the works have not been published within fifty years after the completion of creation, this Law shall apply.
