Registration Measures for Surveying and Mapping Tasks in Jilin Province
Article 1 In order to strengthen the macro-control of surveying and mapping activities and the management of the surveying and mapping market, avoid repeated surveying and mapping, and improve the efficiency of the use of surveying and mapping results, in accordance with the "Surveying and Mapping Law of the People's Republic of China" and " Article 14 of the Jilin Province Surveying and Mapping Management Regulations stipulates that these measures are formulated based on the actual situation of our province. Article 2 All units and individuals undertaking surveying and mapping tasks within the administrative region of this province must register their surveying and mapping tasks in accordance with the provisions of these Measures before conducting surveys. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. Article 3 The Provincial Bureau of Surveying and Mapping and the municipal (prefecture) and county (city) surveying and mapping administrative departments are responsible for the registration of surveying and mapping tasks. Article 4: The registration of surveying and mapping tasks shall be managed at different levels. Units and individuals undertaking surveying and mapping tasks should go through registration procedures with the corresponding administrative departments responsible for surveying and mapping work. Article 5 The following surveying and mapping tasks should be registered with the Provincial Bureau of Surveying and Mapping:
(1) Satellite geodesy, gravity survey, astronomical survey at all levels and other trigonometric, traverse and leveling surveys of level four or above.
(2) Topographic survey (including underwater terrain, the same below), engineering survey, cadastral survey, and real estate surveying and mapping that meet the following limits:
1. The map scale is 1:500, and the surveyed and mapped area reaches 8 square kilometers or more;
2. The map scale is 1:1000, and the surveyed and mapped area reaches 15 square kilometers and above;
3. The map scale is 1:2000, and the surveyed and mapped area reaches 20 square kilometers and above;
4. The map scale is 1:5000, and the surveyed and mapped area reaches 50 square kilometers and above;
5. The map scale is 1:10,000, and the surveyed and mapped area reaches 100 square kilometers and above;
6. The map scale is 1:25,000, and the surveying and mapping area reaches 200 square kilometers and above;
(3) Aerial photography and remote sensing mapping for surveying and mapping.
(4) Surveying and mapping projects in key national and provincial construction projects.
(5) Boundary surveying and mapping of administrative regions above the county level in the province.
(6) Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign-related surveying and mapping projects.
(7) Surveying and mapping tasks undertaken by surveying and mapping units outside the province and non-military surveying and mapping tasks undertaken by military surveying and mapping units.
(8) Surveying and mapping tasks whose scope spans more than two cities (states). Article 6 The following surveying and mapping tasks should be registered with the municipal (state) surveying and mapping administrative department: (1) 5″ and 10″ level triangulation and traverse surveying in the urban area where the city (state) is located.
(2) Topographic survey and engineering survey that reach the following limits but are less than the provincial limit:
1. The map scale is 1:500, and the surveyed area is within 3-8 square kilometers;
2. The map scale is 1:1000, and the surveyed area is within 5-15 square kilometers;
3. The scale of the map is 1:2000, and the surveyed area is within 10-20 square kilometers;
4. The scale of the map is 1:5000, and the surveyed area is within 30-50 square kilometers;
5. The map scale is 1:10,000, and the surveyed area is within 50-100 square kilometers;
6. The map scale is 1:25,000, and the surveyed area is within 100-200 square kilometers.
(3) Cadastral surveying and real estate surveying and mapping that reach the following limits but are less than the provincial limits:
1. The scale of the map is 1:500, and the surveyed area is within 2-8 square kilometers;
2. The scale of the map is 1:1000, and the surveyed area is within 4-15 square kilometers;
3. The scale of the map is 1:2000, and the surveyed area is within 6-20 square kilometers;
4. The scale of the map is 1:5000, and the surveyed area is within 25-50 square kilometers;
5. The scale of the map is 1:10,000, and the surveying area is within 25-100 square kilometers;
(4) Various line measurements of 10KM and below in the urban area where the city (state) is located.
(5) Various line measurements of 10KM and above in the urban area where the city (state) is located.
(6) Surveying and mapping tasks spanning two counties (cities). Article 7 The following surveying and mapping tasks should be registered with the county (city) surveying and mapping administrative department: (1) 5″ and 10″ level triangulation and traverse surveying within the county (city) administrative area.
(2) Topographic survey and engineering survey that reach the following limits but are less than the city (state) level limits:
1. The scale of the map is 1:500, and the surveyed area is within 0.5-3 square kilometers;
2. The scale of the map is 1:1000, and the surveyed area is within 1-5 square kilometers;
3. The scale of the map is 1:2000, and the surveyed area is within 2-10 square kilometers;
4. The scale of the map is 1:5000, and the surveyed area is within 5-30 square kilometers;
5. The scale of the map is 1:10,000, and the surveyed area is within 25-50 square kilometers;
6. The map scale is 1:25000, and the surveying and mapping area is within 50-100 square kilometers;
(3) Cadastral surveying and real estate surveying and mapping that reach the following limits but are less than the city (state) level limit:
< p>1. The scale of the map is 1:500, and the surveyed area is within 0.1-2 square kilometers;2. The scale of the map is 1:1000, and the surveyed area is within 0.5-4 square kilometers;
3. The map scale is 1:2000, and the surveyed area is within 1-6 square kilometers;
4. The scale of the map is 1:5000, and the surveyed area is within 5-25 square kilometers;
5. The map scale is 1:10,000, and the surveyed area is within 10-25 square kilometers.
(4) Surveying and mapping projects in key county (city) construction projects.
(5) Line measurement of 2KM and above within county (city) administrative areas.
