How to shoot black and white with SLR?

Take Canon 60D as an example. The method of shooting black and white with SLR is as follows:

1, in shooting state, press the menu to enter the settings;

2. Find "photo style" under the second red icon;

3. Select "Monochrome" to exit, and the photos taken by the camera are black and white.
