1. Camera shooting mode

B: Door B, press and hold the shutter button/Bluetooth remote control, etc. And keep the camera on, you can achieve long exposure. Suitable for shooting star tracks and fireworks.

P: The program is automatic, and the camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed and aperture, which is suitable for beginners.

A+: Intelligent automatic camera, which can automatically adjust shutter speed, aperture and ISO, and can intelligently identify scenes. Suitable for beginners.

M: Manual exposure, manual setting of aperture, shutter speed and ISO, suitable for photographers who are very familiar with parameter setting.

AV aperture priority: manually control the aperture and automatically adjust the shutter, suitable for shooting portraits, still life and other scenes.

TV shutter priority: manually control the shutter speed, the camera automatically adjusts the aperture, shooting fast-moving objects or wanting to shoot with a slow door.

2. Photometric mode

Evaluation photometry: divide the whole area into multiple areas, and then measure the light of each area to determine that the exposure of the whole picture is suitable for scenes with little contrast between light and dark.

Spot metering: Canon's unique metering method is often considered as a branch of spot metering, and its metering range is slightly larger than spot metering, which is suitable for stage/portrait, etc.

Partial metering: the camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed and aperture, which is suitable for beginners.

Central metering: When metering, it will be biased towards the center of the picture, taking into account the edge of the picture, which is suitable for shooting scenes with the subject in the center of the picture, such as portraits/buildings/still life/macro, etc.

3. Focus mode

AF-S single autofocus: Single autofocus is often used to shoot still people or scenes. Not suitable for shooting dynamic subjects.

AF-C continuous autofocus: The focusing system can continuously adjust the focus of the lens according to the movement of the focus, making the shot picture clear and bright. If the camera performance is poor, it is easy to lose focus.

MF Manual Focus: Manually changing the focus of the zoom ring is suitable for shooting macro, or scenes with dense obstacles between the camera and the subject.

Manual selection: area autofocus.

AF-A intelligent autofocus: The camera can identify whether the picture is still or moving, thus automatically selecting single or continuous focusing mode. In the process of shooting, the focus is often not ideal, so it is necessary to manually switch the focus mode.

MDF Full-time Manual Focus: After autofocus, you can manually fine-tune the focus, which is suitable for shooting macro.

4. Three elements of exposure

Aperture: an aperture device that controls light entering the camera. The aperture size is represented by the f value. The smaller the f value, the larger the aperture, the brighter the picture and the deeper the depth of field (blur). The larger the F value, the smaller the aperture, the less light entering, the darker the picture, and the shallower (clearer) the depth of field.

Shutter: A device that controls the time when light enters the camera. The shutter speed is represented by1/x. The smaller the shutter value, the faster the screen and the darker the screen is suitable for capturing wonderful moments. The larger the shutter value, the slower the screen, and the brighter the screen is suitable for shooting motion trajectories.

ISO: Sensitivity refers to the sensitivity of camera photosensitive elements to light. The higher the ISO value, the higher the sensitivity to light. The brighter the picture, the more noise. The smaller the ISO value, the lower the sensitivity to light. The darker the picture, the less noise.

5. Light classification

Natural light: it is the light of the sun. The color temperature of the light at sunrise and sunset is very low, and the light is warm and soft. Because the light intensity is low, it is the best time to shoot the sun.

Jingguang: Indoor light basically belongs to Jingguang. Including sunlight in the window, indoor lights, and light from some luminous objects. Characteristics of scene light The light source is complex and the intensity is not strong.

Artificial light: an artificial light source set by an artificial light photographer to realize his creative intention. There are mainly two kinds of artificial light sources, one is that the continuous light source is always visible, and the other is that the flash is short and needs to be foreseen.

Mixed light: Mixed light refers to the combination of two or three light types mentioned above, so as to better illuminate the subject or depict the artistic conception of the picture.
