Hubei is by far the province with the largest number of Yangtze River Bridges in China, with 25 bridges under construction.

From upstream to downstream:

1. Badong Yangtze River Bridge (2004)

Located at Wuxiakou, 72km upstream of the Three Gorges Dam, it starts from Taiji Head of Shennong River, an international tourist resort, in the north and reaches Rangpo Community in the west of Badong New County in the south. The bridge is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with twin towers and double cable planes, with a total length of 2 100 meters, in which the main bridge is 900.5 meters long, the main span is 388 meters, the bridge width is 19 meters, and the main tower height is 2 12 meters, ranking first in Asia and second in the world. 2. Xiling Yangtze River Bridge (1996)

Xiling Yangtze River Bridge is located 4.5 kilometers downstream of the central axis of the Three Gorges Dam, and it is the first suspension bridge on the Yangtze River. It is a steel box girder suspension bridge with a single span of 900m, ranking first in China and seventh in the world among similar bridges. 8. Jingzhou Yangtze River Bridge (2002)

9. Wuhan Junshan Yangtze River Bridge (200 1)

It is a five-span cable-stayed bridge with continuous twin towers, double cable planes and semi-floating system, with a total length of 488 1m, a main span of 460m, a main tower height of 163.5m and a main deck width of 33.5m, ranking first among bridges built and under construction in China. 10. Wuhan Baishazhou Yangtze River Bridge (2000)

It will be the world's largest cable-stayed bridge for highway and railway. The upper level is the highway and the lower level is the railway. 14. Wuhan Yangluo Yangtze River Bridge (2007)

The north bank of the bridge is Yangluo Town, Xinzhou District, and the south bank is Xiangjiawei Village, Hongshan District. The total design length of the bridge is10km, which consists of the main bridge of 2.7km, the wiring of 7.3km and the interchange. The bridge deck is 33 meters wide. 15. E-Huang Yangtze River Bridge (2002)

It is a five-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with continuous twin towers and double cable planes, and its main tower height is1.72.3m.. The bridge deck is 24.5m wide (excluding the width of cable laying area). Construction started on June 26th, 2002, and the bridge was opened to traffic on September 26th, 2002.

16. Huangshi Yangtze River Bridge (1995)

The total length of the bridge is 2580.08 meters, the main bridge 1060 meters, the bridge width is 20 meters, and the approach bridge on Huangshi bank is 840.7 meters long. Xishuian approach bridge is 679.38+0 meters long.

Construction started in July 199 1, and was completed and opened to traffic in February 1995. It was renovated in 2002.

17. Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge (1994)

Located at the junction of Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. The south bank is Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. The highway bridge on the upper floor is 4460 meters long. The lower floor is a double-track railway bridge with a total length of 7675 meters. 1973 started construction, and 1995 was completed and opened to traffic.

The planned new Yangtze River Bridge includes:

1. Jingyue Yangtze River Bridge: Suiyue Expressway connects Henan in the north and Hunan in the south. Jingyue Yangtze River Bridge is newly built, with a mileage of about 340 kilometers, which is an expressway.

3. Wuhan (Erqi Road) Yangtze River Bridge: Hankou approach bridge is on Erqi Road, and Wuchang approach bridge is near Luojiagang. It is the second public railway Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan.

4. Xiangxi Yangtze River Bridge: Xingshan to Wufeng, consisting of existing provincial roads and newly-built Xiangxi Yangtze River Bridge. It is a first-class and second-class highway with a mileage of110km.
