What is the movie Crossing Hennessy about?

Alai (Jacky Cheung) is an electrical appliance store owner, in his forties, easy-going and kind, with no lofty ideals, just like a child. His father died, but his mother (Paw Hee-ching) died.

Still coquettish, make up every day. Living opposite the mother and son is Ailian (Tang Wei), a quiet, stubborn and unsociable woman who manages a cleaning shop for her uncle.
