How to understand dynamic equilibrium?

Dynamic balance can be divided into physical dynamic balance, chemical dynamic balance, ecological balance, physiological balance, economic balance, social development and population balance according to different professional fields. Human society itself is the expression of dynamic balance, including chaos, war and peaceful development.

For example, (1) ecological balance: within an ecosystem, between producers, consumers, decomposers and abiotic environments, the dynamics of energy and material input and output are relatively stable, which is called ecological balance under certain conditions. Any ecosystem follows the evolutionary law from low level to high level and from simple to complex, thus forming a hierarchical and relatively stable dynamic balance. It always exchanges material and energy in the process of unbalanced-balanced-unbalanced development, and promotes its own change and development.

(2) Physiological balance: The human body can be regarded as a huge and complex biochemical system. There are many balance systems in the human body, such as water balance, electrolyte balance, acid-base balance, constant body temperature and so on. These balance systems maintain human life and ensure normal physiological activities, so it is urgent and important to understand these balances.
