Because we are a first-class livelihood column, our job is to solve problems for the people through communication with the audience. After a period of basic wiring work, the teacher slowly began to take us to the interview, which is what we have always dreamed of! I always thought I was very talented in language expression. However, after the manuscript was greatly deleted after the first submission, I began to feel that my language expression was problematic. Generally speaking, language is not concise and needs to be concise. This may be a habit I have developed for a long time. Whenever I make sense, I like to break up the theory and analyze it in detail, paying great attention to formal integrity. Sometimes, these "analyses" are unnecessary, and some sentences that look gorgeous and neat can actually be deleted.

In the past, I was young and frivolous, and I always thought that the language was not amazing. Many subjects always expect to enter a dead end and carry out fierce attacks. But I soon found that such an article is bound to be killed. I began to read old news and learn how teachers write news reports. Gradually, I began to understand that TV station, as the most widely spread media, has unparalleled influence and bears great social responsibility. This determines that government news must have some rules and regulations and its own unique operating rules. First of all, we should give priority to positive reports and less negative reports; After that, reports with the nature of criticism or supervision must pay attention to the wording, and must be well-founded and tepid. Any mistake can lead to very serious consequences.

Because of the interview, I got in touch with many places and people that I couldn't get in touch with before. I haven't interviewed many big shots and experienced many big scenes, but more than a dozen valuable interview experiences have helped me stop stage fright in public, learn to talk calmly with all kinds of people and collect the information I need.

Will I have an interview? I think I will. However, when I actually implemented it, I found that what I called meeting was just to clarify the questions I wanted to ask. I never thought about how to dig the story behind the news events or how to guide the interviewees to tell the news theme.

We once did a news story about the government's sympathy for some difficult enterprises, all of which were transferred from the army to cadres. The interviewees are all demobilized cadres suffering from diseases and poor family economy, and the municipal government organizes them to visit their homes every August. During the interview, the interviewee refused to talk about his financial difficulties because of his face, and always perfunctory me. At this rate, this interview will be useless. So the teacher taught me how to deal with it and asked me if he had an album, and if he could let us have a look. When he showed it to us, I deliberately asked him when he took these warm photos and why he stopped taking them recently. Asked about this, he was silent. I saw his eyes start to wet and slowly shed tears. He said that since the company was in trouble, the family had been frugal, how could he take pictures ... Following his words, I later asked the government what measures could be taken to help when it encountered so many difficulties, so the topic of the interview was naturally drawn out, and he was moved by this scene. This emotional feeling is real. This is the difference between a veteran reporter and a novice reporter. Teachers can not only quickly grasp the information to be said, but also find the most ingenious way to make a material that is difficult to express in depth. How time flies! Time really waits for no one. After three years in college, I was told that it was XX years before I woke up. I suddenly found myself graduating. Maybe it's just a dull winter for most people. At first, everyone thought that this internship was just to find a unit to stamp and then deal with the work. However, this winter vacation, I don't want this winter to be dull. I want to understand the society and really learn something through this internship. I had a two-month professional internship in Wuhan TV Station on1October 26th, and became an intern reporter on 165438. I remember a philosophical saying that if you want to know the taste of pears, you must taste them yourself. The two-month internship experience is a process from not knowing the taste of pears to appreciating the ups and downs. In addition to experiencing the pleasure and sense of accomplishment brought by the "uncrowned king" profession of journalists, I have learned more about a serious and rigorous work attitude, the potential of communicating with people and a valuable life experience.

First of all, talk about the work experience of connecting people. After working and living in the revision department for two months, what impressed me the most is that this is my second home, and news work can be completed in happiness. The teacher in the review department is very kind to us newcomers. After work, they often sing with us like friends and chat frankly together. They not only don't put on airs as leaders, but also guide us to do a good job in journalism with caring heart and cast sincere and friendly eyes on us newcomers. At work, they will give enthusiastic guidance whenever you need it. After work, everyone talked and laughed, regardless of each other. Because of this, the work of the revision department makes me feel the joy of completing the work in a happy way.

My main achievements in my work are: 1, basically understanding the use and maintenance of cameras; 2. Basically mastered the writing and differences of social news; 3. Basic understanding of the general process of modifying news videos; 4. Learn some writing methods and skills of TV press releases. During this period, I can not only cooperate with all my brothers to go out to interview and shoot, but also go out alone to collect and write specific news works. In a month's time, I cooperated with all my brothers and independently completed nearly 18 news, 1 news. Every interview task arranged by the teacher can be successfully completed.

Of course, there are also some shortcomings in the work during this period, mainly including: 1, news writing is old-fashioned and lacks originality; 2. The news sensitivity is relatively poor, and the personality is the lack of grasp of social news related to conference news.

When I first came, I basically answered the hotline to help the teacher collect news clues. I'm starting to feel a little bored and boring. But it turned out that these calls were very important to us. To write a good news, we must first find clues. By telephone, we can find the news in the fastest time and reach the news scene.

Seeing the recorded news clues become news broadcasts, I feel the importance of news clues even more, and the simple work of answering the phone is even more sloppy. And stop underestimating it. Every call will be carefully recorded. In order to facilitate the follow-up interview work.

An audience called and told us that the bus at Shiqiao Station of Tangjiadun Road in Hankou was extremely unsafe when it was driving in non-motor vehicle lanes and pedestrians grabbed the road. I hope it can help reflection. So, my teacher and I rushed to the scene and saw that a bus would pass by every ten seconds on the non-motor vehicle lane less than 400 meters, which caused inconvenience to pedestrians and serious road damage. First, the teacher took some photos at the scene. After that, we interviewed the citizens nearby and got a detailed understanding of the situation. Then the teacher told me that this situation belongs to the management scope of Wuhan Traffic Management Bureau. To this end, we interviewed Mr. Yao, spokesman of the Municipal Traffic Management Bureau. After the interview, we went back to the stage to write the manuscript, cut the tape, add subtitles and listen to the tape. After completion, it will be handed over to post-production arrangements. I used to just watch the news on TV and didn't know much about the news screen. Now I can experience how to do news by myself because of my internship. Originally, to do a good job in news, in addition to finding news clues with news value and conducting on-the-spot interviews, post-production of news is also very important, because the post-production arrangement makes a news more vivid and the whole news more abundant.

For news production, I have never been exposed to such information in school before. It's a completely strange page for me, so I can only learn from scratch. Fortunately, the teacher is always patient and always reminds me carefully. News production is not as simple as imagined. First, start editing, and select the available fragments from the retrieved materials, so that the news pictures and the news text can match and echo each other. Then we have to deal with the sound part. We need to listen carefully to what the parties said and record it, because finally we need to add subtitles to the news to make it more complete and help the audience watch the news more carefully. Sometimes we add music to the news to make it more vivid and attractive.

Because I still lack the professional knowledge of post-production, I often encounter difficulties when making non-editing. In addition, I need to pay great attention to non-editing, because the news program I do will be aimed at thousands of viewers in front of the TV, and any small mistake is not allowed. So as a novice, I always pay special attention, always try again and again, and everything pays off. At this moment, I can do some simple review work and help the teacher, so I don't have to be stupid like when I first arrived.

Doing a good job in news can not be separated from any of the above links, and every step of clue, interview and revision can not be ignored. During my two months there, I gained a lot, gained a new understanding of the news and got a clearer understanding of myself.

During my internship in TV station, I understood that news editing is far more complicated than what I learned in school. Let's start with writing a manuscript. Although we have all used cameras in school and know the basic operation, once we get to the news scene, we don't know what to shoot, what angle to use and what scene to use. My camera is unstable and the picture is shaking, so I can't use it at all. Finally, editing, we have all learned nonlinear modification software, but when it is really necessary to connect the lens group into a complete picture, we are at a loss.

This internship also made me understand that no matter what I do, I must have a correct attitude. When you start taking notes, you will feel very bored and boring. Later, a teacher in Taiwan Province told me not to think that you can't learn anything by taking notes. You can observe the shooting angle of the lens while taking notes, or you can ponder the choice between pictures and interviews yourself. Of course, a lot of things can't be learned completely in a short time, but in the internship of TV station, I learned about the production process of TV news, understood my own shortcomings and defects, and constantly corrected them in the future study.
