1, Yi-Yi Millennium: Silver in the Currency History of China

Exhibition time: April 26th to July 28th, 20 10.

Venue: Shanghai Museum (the third exhibition hall on the fourth floor)

Currency has a positive and important relationship with the stability and development of a country and society, and a country's currency history is closely related to its socio-economic life history. This exhibition focuses on the collection of Shanghai Museum, supplemented by China Finance and Taxation Museum and major archaeological achievements related to silver in recent years, with about 130 exhibits. Through the display of silver currency and related artifacts, I hope the public can intuitively understand the development history of silver in the history of currency, the important role of silver in social and economic life, and the connection between China and the world.

2. Floating on the Sea: Cablan Museum of Pacific Art Treasures Exhibition.

Venue: Shanghai Museum (1 Hall)

The 150 pieces of Pacific art treasures exhibited in the Kebranli Museum show the relationship between people and culture, the islands of Oceania, and also reflect the operation, exchange and contact of the region itself. It includes the connection between tangible and intangible things, the connection between living people and ancestors, and the connection between land and sea.

This exhibition is unprecedented in scale. In cooperation with Muxia Foundation, this is the first exhibition of Muxia family collection in China. There are more than 200 works of various types here, including the most famous classic masterpieces such as Art Nouveau posters, decorations and jewelry designs, as well as sketches, paintings, photos, book designs and personal items that he never made public before his death.

6. Millennium Lucky Picture-Wang Xiajun Shanghai Porcelain Exhibition

Exhibition time: April 26th-May 26th 20 10.

Venue: Shanghai History Museum (Exhibition Hall 2, West Building)

Venue: Sinian Museum (jade exhibition hall on the third floor)

This exhibition is another practice of the artist's "Lingguang" project. The exhibition is divided into Evolution, Yuehua, Jin Wu, Fisherman and Qiu Jiang Echo. It is the second stop after the 20 16 exhibition "Hao Liang: Lingguang" at Boni Van den Museum in the Netherlands. The works on display are interwoven with paintings, rubbings, ancient jade, literature and prints. It did not deliberately emphasize their historicity, but left a broader exploration space for the audience and reshaped the trajectory of different individual experiences.
