Sort out the problems of bird watching societies and plan the new semester.

It has been 1 years since the school birdwatching society was established, but it was not established due to the epidemic last semester. In the summer reading club, I watched birds in Dujiangyan with Mr. Wei Zhen and Mr. Lu from 1 13 Middle School, and gained some experience. At the same time, it also strengthened my determination to continue to do this.

However, since its establishment, there are still many shortcomings. Take advantage of enthusiasm, sort out the problems existing in the club and think about the plan for the new semester.

First, the problems existing in birdwatching societies.

1. Lack of team

At present, I am the only teacher in the school doing bird watching activities, which is very lack of support and team help. Although many local teachers have begun to contact with bird watching, a team is needed on campus to make the school bird watching society develop for a long time. For example, teachers with photography skills, teachers in charge of publicity and so on.

2. Lack of support from teachers and parents

Students' interest has not been fully mobilized.

4. Lack of achievement transformation

5. Insufficient publicity

The significance of publicity activities and students' achievements.

Second, the improvement measures of bird watching societies

1. Make use of teachers' meetings to promote bird watching activities.

Promote the significance of bird watching activities, get the support of teachers, strive for more teachers to join the team, reserve places for children of school teachers for weekend activities, find team members from other school teachers, and gradually cultivate interest.

2. Change the enrollment strategy and make a comprehensive evaluation.

(1) Get support from parents and math teachers.

Every student who joins the club in the library should consult the class teacher, math teacher and parents and take the initiative to communicate by telephone. Ensure that students in the later birdwatching class can attend on time.

(2) Keep the old players and recruit some new players.

In order to preserve the strength of the bird watching club, the old players can stay in the club as long as they want, and even participate in the club's activities on weekends after graduation.

(3) Recruit high school students.

It is difficult for junior and middle school students to carry out bird watching activities. In the initial stage of the club, we can't recruit junior high school students for the time being.

3. Carry out more off-campus activities and invite professional teachers to participate in the guidance.

Extracurricular activities are an important way to improve students' interest.

4. Strengthen the communication between home and school, and gain the recognition and support of parents.

Share daily activities and student works with community parents on a regular basis through publicity channels such as WeChat.

Third, the new semester plan
