1. Make use of teachers' meetings to promote bird watching activities.

2. Change the enrollment strategy and make a comprehensive evaluation.

(1) Get support from parents and math teachers.

Every student who joins the club in the library should consult the class teacher, math teacher and parents and take the initiative to communicate by telephone. Ensure that students in the later birdwatching class can attend on time.

(2) Keep the old players and recruit some new players.

In order to preserve the strength of the bird watching club, the old players can stay in the club as long as they want, and even participate in the club's activities on weekends after graduation.

(3) Recruit high school students.

It is difficult for junior and middle school students to carry out bird watching activities. In the initial stage of the club, we can't recruit junior high school students for the time being.
