Extended data:

Pritzker Prize is known as the Nobel Prize in architecture. It was initiated by Jay Pritzker and his wife Cindy on 1979 and sponsored by Hyatt Foundation as an award for architects.

Every year, more than 500 architects engaged in architectural design are nominated, and a jury composed of well-known architects and scholars from all over the world judges an individual or a combination in recognition of their wisdom, insight and dedication in architectural design creation, as well as their outstanding contributions to human beings and the artificial environment through architectural art, which is known as the "Nobel Prize in the field of architecture".

The winner will receive a prize, certificate and bronze medal of $6,543,800 (from 1987, the limited edition statue of Henry Moore was used before 1987).

The President of the United States presented awards and delivered speeches, held awards ceremonies in famous buildings such as the White House and Guggenheim Art Museum, printed publications and held a world tour exhibition of award-winning works. The design of the front pattern of the medal is based on the design of LouisSullivan, a famous Chicago architect with the reputation of "the father of skyscrapers".

It is engraved with the words "Pritzker Prize for Architecture", the winner's name is engraved in the center of the medal, and the three basic conditions of architecture put forward by Henry Wharton in 1624 "Elements of Architecture" are engraved on the back of the medal: "firmness, practicality and pleasure".
