In Portbluff, a sleepy town in Rhode Island, a photographer was lured by a beautiful woman and prepared to make out on the beach. Unexpectedly, a mob suddenly appeared in the local area and burned the photographer alive. Such strange things happened one after another in the town, and many people were murdered inexplicably, mostly strangers.
