Brief introduction of CBD business center of Zhengzhou international convention and exhibition center

According to the completed master plan, the former airport area of Zhengzhou City is planned as the Central Business District (CBD), and 25 square kilometers around the CBD is the key development and construction area (the starting area of the new district), which will form a business and tourism development axis connecting the old and new urban areas. The starting area is about 25 square kilometers, which will be connected with the existing urban area by subway and urban light rail. It is not only the core of Zhengdong New District, but also the core of Zhengzhou in the future. The starting area will be based on the city of * * * and the metabolic city, with the culture and natural environment of the Central Plains as the background, forming a new urban area with multiple functions such as office, scientific research, education, culture, commerce and residence. The CBD covers a total land area of about 2 square kilometers, including Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Henan Art Center, a five-star hotel-New Zhengzhou Hotel and 60 high-rise buildings. Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of 300,000 square meters and is built according to the standards of large-scale international convention and exhibition centers.

Henan Art Center, with a first-phase construction area of 30,000 square meters, has a theater for 3,000 people, a film and television center, an art gallery, a concert hall and a rehearsal hall. The new Zhengzhou Hospital, with a construction area of 20,000 ~ 30,000 square meters, has 300 beds according to the international standard hospital planning; New Zhengzhou Hotel, with a building area of 800 ~ 65438+ 10,000 square meters and 700 rooms, is planned to be an international five-star hotel. There are other high-rise buildings with 20-26 floors, such as Financial Building, Yuhong Building, Shenma Building, China Great Wall Aluminum Company Headquarters, Labor Building and Zhengzhou Radio and Television Building.
