If you meet the requirements, you can go directly to the employment guidance center of the graduate school to see if the file is still in school, because the file takes a safe passage, so it will take a long time to transfer.

2. The talent management center will also keep our files. After graduation, when the employment period ends or the employment unit has no right to control the files, the files of such friends will be transferred from the school to the talent management center and stored in the archives room. If the employment company has the right to file, this kind of friend file can be stored in the company file room, which is more convenient.

3. The talent center in my hometown is also likely to store our files, that is, our birthplace, and the talent center in the birthplace will also receive the files sent back after graduation from our school. It is also possible that some universities will transfer the files back to the students' home countries by default after graduation, so if you want to check the files, you can also go back to your hometown to see if the school has transferred the files back to the talent center of the students' home countries.
