I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

Recruitment scope

Education: Bachelor degree or above, fresh university graduate.

Major: Chinese language and literature, journalism, radio and television, radio and television director, communication, network and new media, animation, radio and television journalism, film and television photography and production, digital media art, art design, visual communication design.

Age: under 28 years old.

Others: those who have practical experience in the media industry and have won media awards can relax the conditions appropriately.

Recruitment conditions

Must have strong writing skills and video creation skills.

Must have a strong learning ability, can adapt to overtime, outdoor work and the use of shoulder-mounted camera equipment and equipment physical conditions.

One of the following circumstances shall not participate in the recruitment:

2. Job responsibilities:

Editor: responsible for the production of all-media platform content, including photography and production, text writing and editing, special column planning, special film script writing, etc.

Producer: Responsible for the post-production of videos and feature films, including material screening, editing and synthesis, packaging design and special effects processing.
